Intuitively moved to standing straddle forward fold at the end and when these things happen, it’s perfect. The side sweeps helped to stretch my obliques that are sore from my pilates workout yesterday.

Always good to rehash the basics. Slowly starting to increase my pace, feels good just to be running again but the body definitely tells me off if I don't stretch properly 😅
