I finished the Cheltenham half-marathon in 1 hour and 44 minutes and then did this and others of your amazing stretches. I think I'll put my feet up for the rest of today but my body is not aching and I want to express my sincere gratitude for your videos. They changed radically my way of running in the best way possible.
This was absolutely perfect and now my new favorite Ash !!! I'm planning on doing this again with my husband just before bed tonight , thank you so much !

The half happy baby with other knee open for counterbalance was such a good one, as were the gentle twists at the start. The Y arms stretch also felt wonderful.
I have just done this post run, yes it's August, no it doesn't feel like summer! I even wore gloves on my run as the wind and rain felt so cold!! 🥶😂 My face is red too, but with the cold not the heat! 😂😂😂 Thanks as always Ash!
