Okay Everyone! Here is my first attempt at dyeing my own hair lmao! Probably one of the scariest videos I've ever created. I told myself I would never dye my hair even if its temporary. Why I the only one concern for the white shirt that’s about to get ruined 😳
Try only coloring the ends next time for an ombre look.... You wont have to worry about getting it on your scalp ️ ❤️
Why everybody STAY wearing the whitest of white shirts when they're about to dye their hair? I've seen ALOT of youtubers doing that. Then they have to throw the shirt away later😂

I’m glad he didn’t. Permanent/semi-permanent hair dye damages dark curly hair. Makes it dry and more difficult to manage. Would’ve been a shame if he had dyed his hair. A few baby lights are okay. Less hair damaged but it’s still some damage compared to virgin hair.
I would never truly dye my hair. Spray and wax dye all the waaaay! Now I know about this gel; I'm on it!

He will have to bleach his hair before and bleaching may destroy his hair and curls
@@kaveensharene2002 I recently bleached my hair and it’s fine, but I went to someone who works with my texture. It shouldn’t hurt it too much if he doesn’t overdo it.
@@kaveensharene2002 and there are certain dyes / pigments that show up without bleaching, but they don’t last of course. They wash out immediately.

Whoooooo!! That colour comes out really good! Like an ombre colouring! Next time use 2 because only some of the hair covered due to the length. How many washes will it last for?
I Believe it washes out 100% when he wash it but I could be wrong

nice hair, i think ur the only youtuber with african hair and a guy who grows hair this long. most people with african hair just cut it off or if they even make it long, they turn it curly and into an afro. never met a guy like u who grows a long african hair. keep it up its really great

Those highlights are actually dope. I am sure this dye can be washed out but if you did get the golden highlights.......that would be super litty.

Gio, this looks super DOPE!!! Next time, only put the color at the ends and not at the scalp! Do the ombré effect, where the roots are darker and the color is more concentrated at ends.

Pro tip try adding less at the roots and more at the ends. Natural hair color is always lighter at the ends and darker at the roots. That’s how hairstylists dye hair when they do highlights. It looks great though. That copper tone looks great on you because it didn’t come out too orange 👍🏽
