The dollar tree had this really nice gel from the brand Softee and it was in a black jar it smelled amazing and was very gentle on my hair while it was growing out from being shaved 😂 it helped my hair grow and was a gel that didn't go crunchy or hard 😌

Buy green tea or black coffee, 2 spoon, 200mls boiling water leave to cool down spray onto your hair till drenched, plastic cap, leave for 30 mins, Instantly stops hair fall. Dollar stuff can work well, just drop some honey and olive oil into the conditioner and oil in the leave in.
Yall reminded me of my kids in dollartree... thats how they act every time🤣 Some of those products on the shelves were real popular in the 80s and 90s that I remember and moreso for those of the "Caucasian persuasion" (specifically V05, White Rain and Salon Selectives) V05 has slip, its great for a detailer, but it has something in it that irritates my scalp. Everything else is way too drying for me.
I know all these products lol I buy the salon selective brand the pink bottle and the blue bottle is the argan oil one and they are ok products I like the conditioner it makes my hair soft.

You really have to scour the dollar/pound store/shop really hard.. I go for ones that sell L'oreal etc as well as the mega cheap shampoos. Mid range products all the way!

V05 is a very decent to good brand... They used to be #1 on the market in the 70's... I hate anything Suave... It's the worse thing you could ever use...

Suave & V05 is great hair products, yeah it has sulfates in them but you should was your hair once a month with a sulfate shampoo for a deep cleaning.
