Dani is like the perfect example of “you think you know someone” where someone does something that completely shocks you and seems so out of character to you, but then upon a little reflection you look back at all the signs you ignored that shows their actions were perfectly in character. Talking about my ex of course 😂

I know this is completely out of context but I would love to hear your opinion about the Netflix series Baby Reindeer

Your historical and psychological point of vue is so interesting!! You should react to attack on Titans, the anime. The themes and questioning are so philosophical and the character development is so detailed for each of the characters (even ones who would be considered side characters) with incredibly realistic back stories. The issues are also so contemporary even though the universe is fictitious. Would love to hear a psychological analysis of the writing, and my favorite characters 😍

Sure, it would have been better to have a regular length season for the last one, but I thought her ending was completely in line with the character. I have a feeling when some went back to rewatch the show, they recognized the signs were there from the start. I really like that she did not have the stereotypical hero ending. That’s something I really like about game of thrones, not everyone has the picture perfect ending. It’s more realistic and I realize it’s a fantasy show, but I like that bit of realism.

In different places and times in history (for example, medieval europe) the only reliable law enforcement was your social network. If someone wanted to mess with you, they would also have to consider if it was worth the retaliation from your family, your guild, etc., and that was the main deterrent. In that kind of society, if you're ex-communicated from your social network then you would be extremely vulnerable.

So people are so hypocritical when they say she was cruel already when she ordered the crucifixion of the masters but aria is cool boss lady when she killed chopped and cooked people and recreated a red wedding mass murder. Both killed as retribution and not as the first attack. Now the last season was crap. It didn’t add up.

I was probably so excited about Dani’s character as a female leader-protagonist at the beginning (also how cool are her dragons!?) that I ignored the red flags of her violence as the show progressed. I also liked Aria and Jon Snow’s characters, but that was about it as far as characters who I found likable. So it was kind of devastating when GOT ended the way it did. 😢

Oh absolutely, it's like we were manipulated by the show to like her. There was a lot of death and violence in the show, but "at least she's a cool character, we support her" 🙃
Barristan Selmy: "The Mad King gave his enemies the justice he thought they deserved. And each time it made him feel powerful and right. Until the very end." this describes her character ark so well. Apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
