I enjoyed this deep dive into the characters & the internet sources that have diagnosed them. Analyzing Euron Greyjoy would be fascinating, largely because of his behavior in the books.

I think, the reason why people say "clinical depression" is, that the word "depression" is so frequently used these days. Every little sadness is called "depression". It has very much entered the vocabulary of lay people. So they want to make a difference to a real depression.
I would still think that Petyr Balish a psychopath. He is charming and manipulative and doesn't care if he hurts someone (no empathy). I wouldn't say "he is just playing the game of thrones". In our world, the psychopathic CEOs (and I have read, that psychopaths are overrepresented in these positions) get there because they are more ruthless. So somebody with a psychopathic personalityy disorder may also be also better at playing the Game of Thrones than somebody like Ned.

28:21 does Ramsey have an attractive actor or something? That guy was dripping with anti-sex appeal in the books
55:40 the heck? If anyone has those it's Cersei. Brienne was just kinda awkward and didn't fit rigid gender norms. She's just a normal woman that's good at fighting and not very elegant.
59:20 I think she probably does have gender dysphoria but the cis version, certainly not the trans version
1:04:14 hard disagree. She's constantly on about how smart she is, about what a master manipulator she is, how she's just as intelligent as her dad, despite making a bunch of questionable decisions
