She never fooled you. You always knew exactly what she was and you loved her anyway. Tyrion was always straight up with people including his family. He was spot on too and it's important people hear the truth about themselves if they're in denial.

For example, when Catelyn abducts Tyrion and they're attacked by hill tribes in the Vale, Tyrion argues that he has nothing to do with Bran's assassination attempt, that Littlefinger is a poor source for news, that Littlefinger still claims he took Catelyn's maidenhood, and that he would never ever bet money against his own family. Which is supported by Renly, at the tourney in the name of Eddard. Renly won quite the bet on the Hound vs Jaime joust, he was saying he wished Tyrion to be there because he always bets money on his brother. Jaime is fierce in the books. Not this punk who seems he has too little care because he's rich When he's challenged, he draws his sword. He really doesn't back down and has a fierce devotion to Tyrion, and is actually as witty and snide as him.

People have mocked me, but Jaime is by far my favorite character on this show. I know - the whole incest thing. But his character arc was honestly the only thing that kept me going at the end of the show. It's a travesty how he met his final end (which, probably, could be said for a lot of characters), but he was great up until then. I make fun of him on other vids, but I really did like him.
When I was a kid, whenever friends of mine would make jokes about sleeping with my sister I would tell them "at least be my brother". This is the only series that I wish it never ended and went on untill episode 2000. Imagine we would grow old with them.. :)
