I've seen people describe how they accidentally parked in the wrong spot with more emotional engagement than her describing how she suffocated a man to death.
One time a plain small brown paper bag flew out of my car window by accident, and I'm really anti-litter and there were other cars around and my vehicle is pretty recognizable and I felt really bad. I'm basically over it lol it's been years (and goodness knows I've more than made up for it with habitually picking up litter), but I still have more remorse and shame about that dumb paper bag than this woman has about committing murder jfc 😂
I've truly have felt worse about telling someone they didn't sing well , then this woman does about taking a life. It's WILD how people can think and be like this
Nah shes not a drug dealer, she will only do like 6 or 7years and will be released from prison for 'good behaviour' if she was caught dealing drugs it would be 30 to life
She's so offended that the detectives had the nerve to interrogate her and then arrest her for the murder she committed. I was half expecting her to ask for a manager.
Karens arent real, theyre made up by customer service companies/retail companies so they can get away with giving you shitty service. Stop participating in racism!
[TW: cycle of abuse, physical abuse, psychological abuse] I have actually spent my whole life trying to understand the mindset of people like this because so many are in my family. It makes perfect sense when you understand that some people have little to no emotional empathy or affective empathy--or they repress any affective empathy that they feel. Affective empathy is feeling for another person or feeling what another person feels. For example, feeling sad when you see someone get hurt or actually feeling physical pain as well. Some people don't feel anything for other people, only themselves. Ted Bundy is a good example. He put his victims through horrible physical and psychological pain, then when he was arrested and tried he complained about the conditions he experienced as a prisoner. This lack of empathy and antisocial behavior toward others is associated with antisocial personality disorder, formerly known as sociopathy or psychopathy. The cause of ASPD is unknown, but it is likely a combination of genetic and environmental factors. In the case of my family, it is both. The genetic predisposition for ASPD is passed down through our genes and reinforced through generations of physical and psychological abuse. My mom broke the cycle of abuse and gave me a childhood full of love. I inherited other genetic conditions from her, like ADHD and autism, but not ASPD. I have a lot of empathy, especially for victims of abuse like she was growing up. We watch true crime together now to try to understand people like her father and grandfather and brothers, who enjoy hurting others. It's important to note, however, that not everyone with ASPD is a killer or even a criminal. Some people with ASPD become surgeons or CEOs, where they turn their lack of empathy into an asset. It's a lot easier to stay calm as a surgeon while your patient starts to crash if you don't care about the patient or their family.
"hi I'm saul goodman, did you know that you're a piece of shit? constitution says you are, and so do I. I believe every man, woman, and child is innocent except you"
She had a high opinion of herself and thought she was one step ahead of the police. It was entertaining watching her realise she was not so in control as she thought 😂
She acts like a customer not a human, it's amazing. It's as if she broke a mildly expensive trinket at the store and is only talking to workers because she fully expects it may just end up with them apologising to her and giving her a free coupon if she's stubborn enough
Yeah, it's funny, as normal and healthy people, we react emotionally (heavy breathing, facial expressions, fidgeting, etc) even if we lie, but this person does not seem to be even phased by having killed an intimate partner. It's like she's a whole different species.
@@Blazingbud i think he meant to say her way of punishing him, because based on what other people have said too, apparently there was a previous picture where she put her son in a suitcase but the police put it off as a game. It seems like this was probably already a punishment she used against him, and just based on how she's acted it seemed like shes probably left him in a suitcase overnight or for long periods of time before and just like those previous times she went to bed thinking ohh, hes finally gonna feel how i feel from his abuse, she went to bed.
My favorite moment is around 31:27, when Sarah describes how she would do "anything" for the victim while the second detective almost jokingly states, "wouldn't let him out of the suitcase" while glancing to the second detective.
She meant zipping the victim in that suitcase is enough punishment for her to live with. Why don't you think she genuinely made a mistake? There's a chance she actually didn't mean to take his life but was probably high a d forgot(which cannot be totally ruled out). The problem here is,her explanations are not well taught
@@TobycrizonRUclips bro no one in these comments cares for rehabilitation or the nuance of “crime” or the criminal justice system. I literally did a face palm at that statement and yelled, "That's not up to you." She acted as if this, along with "not intentionally. " Was going to cause the cops to be like,"Oh perfect, misunderstanding, then you're free to go." As if second-degree murder and all the levels of manslaughter don't exist for her.
Yeah it's bizarre, and then her biggest concern is about her purse...she really had no idea she was in such serious shit she is batshit insane. I wouldn't expect a person of her age to be so far gone, it's like those kids who think telling a cop they have anxiety will get them out of handcuffs
Hello? No, that isn't what occurred. They were try to get her to admit guilt, and a potential unfair claim of intent, without a lawyer present, and further breaching her right to remain silent, by assuming she deliberately intended, possessed this intention, to leave him in the suitcase to die, without any knowledge that death wasn't foreseeable, by being in a suitcase. It's very possible she very much believed he would be able to open the suitcase himself, to let himself go. I'm unclear on if the suitcase was flipped over by her on purpose, so he would have to really struggle to get out, from upside down, or not get out. I do recall them discussing that. Hopefully, I'll rehear it. The circular thinking from the detectives weren't much with any unbias, would be easily frustrating, no depicting anything new. So, I may be mistaken. Pardon.
@@anonony9081 she thinks she's the main character in the universe, of course they were going to let her go on to live her fabulous life and oh also give her back the ring
@@politetiggys How did they breach her right to silence? She never refused to speak, they never threatened her to speak, or coheres her to speak. They read her the Miranda rights, maybe if she didn't have a massive ego she would have known to invoke a lawyer instead of thinking she'll just outwit them and clear her name. It's just not how it works. Her defense would easily rip this evidence to part if it was gained unlawfully, but they did not.
The way she nonchalantly points at the laptop - when she is being shown damning evidence - and says, "Your battery is about to die," really speaks to how much she fails to grasp the seriousness of the situation she put herself in. I was shocked.
The fact she said she had a panic attack last time she was in a small cell hits different when you remember that she left her boyfriend zipped up in a suitcase…
Also when she says "you're killing me" as they're watching a video of him trapped in a suitcase lmao. I thought maybe she was making a dark joke or something but idk if she's smart enough to even comprehend the irony.
Those kinda people always project onto others. Of course she'd inflict her worst fear onto somebody else. She's all the thinks of I bet, why would she take the time to consider what he'd be afraid of.
Does she not understand that “accidentally” killing someone “because” you were drunk, doesn’t make you innocent? Edit: Listen, I don’t like editing my comments, but I seriously need to clear something up that’s *very trivial* to understand. Notice how *BECAUSE* is in quotation marks? Yeah… stop replying about how being drunk might lighten her punishment, because she *clearly* didn’t do the crime because she was drunk.
The fact that Sarah managed to piss off an ex-husband, the inerragators, six attorneys, a plethora of officers, and the narrator of the video is just beyond me
WHY WOULD SHE BE CONCERNED ABOUT HIM, SHE'S JUST KILLED HIM & IN THE MOST CRUELLEST WAY SO THERE'S EVERY CLUE RIGHT THERE WHY SHE'S SHOWING NO CONCERN, BECAUSE SHE'S NOT!
"I'm worried for my life" but not worried about the life you just took from someone you were supposed to love. It's sick. She can still only think about herself
It's morbidly funny how she keeps talking to the detectives like she's explaining to some friends why it's not that big of a deal that she did a little bit of trolling.
She doesn't have panic attacks. That's just part of her act to garner pity and get herself preferential treatment, like the whole "I need water" at the crime scene.
It seems there was evidence that he had been struck in the head. She claims they were playing a game and he got in willingly. I suspect she knocked him out and stuffed him in the suitcase. When he came to and begged to be let out, she said F you. We only have her version that there was a game and he was willing. He can't tell his version.
He figured out at some point that he made a bad choice by marrying her. Who knows what she might have done to him eventually if he just made her angry. It's a sad situation.
I love when the lady said she would do anything for him and the investigator said “well you gave up checking up on him”. That was an amazing come back.
They are using an AI voice of the original narrator. Does he know? Was the channel sold? Whatever it is the video is completely unwatchable to me. Couldn't even get past the first sentence.
They probably couldn't get past her insistence that she didn't do it intentionally, even though the lawyer doesn't care either way, just needs to know the truth. Idiot.
6! Professional, likely capable and court assigned attorneys who have to jump through major hoops to get off a case all bailed. If she pleaded she would be much much better off but she can't see that. I would think some time in prison, away from booze and her kid would give her some perspective.
26:55 She's literally so crazy that she actually thinks if she tells them she's "never gonna drink alcohol again in any way shape or form", and makes really serious faces, that they're just gonna be like, "oh! Why didn't you say so? I guess that's good enough for us! You're free to go!"
my favorite part was when she told them living with the fact that she killed him and having to live without him was punishment enough for killing him LOL
SENTENCING UPDATE: Aaaaaand she just got sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole. Insane that she was offered a plea deal for 15 years and refused it. Beyond insane that her final "character statement" to the court was not about her remorse, but rather five full minutes of her listing things George supposedly did to her (including rape) which he has no way of disputing. Because she killed him.
By far the funniest bit is when she says "I would have done anything for him" and the male Detective replies " You wouldn't let him out of the suitcase". Priceless.
It is pathetic that she thinks just because she didn't "intentionally" kill him, that somehow absolves her of responsibility. If you accidentally shoot someone to death, you are still responsible for killing them.
The "it wasn't intentional" thing is sticking with me. It feels very much like this was all calculated and she fully expected it to go away because it was an "accident." Lady didn't understand "negligent homicide" is a thing
I agree with you, but I once found my older friend in his car. He was headed to Costco n asked if I wanted to come along. I declined and went to bed. He musta had a stroke or something at 10PM. A lawyer could easily help her make the case that she feared for her life which is why she felt that she couldn't let him out of the suitcase. Would be very easy with the past domestic abuse charges or whatever that the guy had as well. (Not for her getting off light just saying lol) This makes me think she really must be absolutely unbearable though because I'm sure every lawyer she's went through has at least tried that line of thinking for her. I bet the problem always comes down to the fact that for her to take that approach she has to admit that she knowingly kept him in the suitcase. Only an idiot would think she can get off with nothing and a vague form of self defense would be her best chance at that possibility. That being said, I don't know why the detectives didn't go down that road to at least try to get a confession. Must REALLY not have liked her lol. The bizarreness of the crime, her being completely oblivious that she’s in any kind of trouble, and her delusion that she could convince the investigators that it wasn’t her fault by saying it wasn’t intentional despite the video showing exactly what she intentionally did. And that she video taped her crime and provided director’s commentary to her video, and hadn’t even remembered that she did that.

Can you see how powerful the denial and projection of the mind can be? Jungian psychology emphasizes the importance of the "shadow" as an essential aspect of an individual's psyche that can lead to destructive behaviors if not integrated and acknowledged in a healthy way. The shadow refers to the unconscious and repressed aspects of one's personality that are often deemed unacceptable or negative by society or the individual themselves. These unacknowledged aspects can lead to destructive tendencies, such as violence stemming from offense about a belief or value, making fast judgments about others without knowing the full story, and avoidance of important questions. For example, the Charlie Hebdo shooting in 2015 can be attributed to an unacknowledged shadow in the perpetrators. The gunmen were offended by the satirical cartoons published by the magazine and acted out violently in response. The intensity of their reaction suggests that they may have repressed their own doubts and insecurities about their beliefs and values, and were unable to handle the perceived threat to their identity. Similarly, making fast judgments about others without knowing the full story can stem from an unacknowledged shadow. For instance, wrongful imprisonment can occur when someone is accused of a crime based on circumstantial evidence, rather than a thorough investigation of the facts. This is often due to biases and assumptions about the person's character or background, which can be influenced by an individual's unconscious prejudices and repressed emotions. Lastly, avoidance of important questions can also result from an unacknowledged shadow. In a famous interview with Jordan Peterson, he avoided answering the question about the existence of God. This avoidance can be attributed to the discomfort and anxiety that arise when one confronts the unknown and potentially contradictory aspects of their belief system. By avoiding this confrontation, individuals may fail to fully explore their beliefs and understand the true nature of their values. To address these destructive behaviors, it is important to recognize and integrate the shadow through self-awareness and mindfulness practices. Engaging in constructive dialogue and empathy building can also help individuals recognize their biases and assumptions about others, leading to more thoughtful and informed judgments. Furthermore, practicing critical thinking skills to question one's own beliefs and assumptions can help individuals confront the uncomfortable and unknown aspects of their psyche. In conclusion, the shadow in Jungian psychology is an essential aspect of an individual's psyche that can lead to destructive tendencies if not acknowledged and integrated in a healthy way. Violence stemming from offense about a belief or value, making fast judgments about others without knowing the full story, and avoidance of important questions are all examples of destructive behaviors that can stem from an unacknowledged shadow. By recognizing and integrating the shadow, individuals can move towards a more compassionate and peaceful world.

Gotta love her saying his family is "going to kill her" and that they "never liked her", as if she's breaking the news that she crashed their car or something, NOT that she killed their son.
She's most likely in shock and denial at that point and clearly doesn't understand the depth of what has happened. That's really typical with unexpected deaths, not to mention one she knows damn well that she caused.
I love how the detectives didn't let her feel any power in this interrogation. The funny thing is that she still continues to try to regain control, whether through sympathy or fake confidence. It was so satisfying watching this narcissistic murderer squirm. She honestly could've garnered much more sympathy by just admitting she did it on purpose because he was an abuser. But her arrogance won't let her take any blame. The attempt to act innocent and naive doomed her.
Had she just come clean and stated she has no recollection of the evening but took ownership and likely did commit the murder due to a combination of being black out drunk, "battered wife syndrome" and PTSD she would likely gain some sympathy from the judge/jury. [TW: cycle of abuse, physical abuse, psychological abuse]
I have actually spent my whole life trying to understand the mindset of people like this because so many are in my family.

When Youre a literal interrogator, you have to be ice cold, and always be aware of the consequences your words may bring to the situation.
Interrogation techniques are really hard to master, and you must be really careful of what you say, and especially what you do and how you move and approach the suspect in question.

Or while watching the video she says “you guys this is killing me” umm no, killing is what you did to him. 🤦♀️ Idk how she was ever left alone w/ a child.
Why is she calling it ‘hide and seek’ if she had to zip him into the suitcase? There’s no hiding or seeking going on.
Your smart!! Good point!
I think she inferred that the husband was the one who got in the suitcase himself initially, as part of hide and seek
She helped him find the hiding place..... she has short term memory loss so every 15s she forgets everything LMAO
So if he hide and she did the seeking and knew he was in the suitcase , why didn't she open and let him out?

Update Dec 2, 2024
Sarah Boone was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of her boyfriend.
Insane how she somehow still blames the detectives for being arrested. "Why is this happening?" "So this was a trick!" as if this was all a plot against her to get her arrested even though she's "innocent". What a vile human being
not intentionally!
If she wanted to go home that night, then she should’ve asked for a lawyer.
Her incompetence of handling of the situation isn’t on the cop at all
A lawyer could easily help her make the case that she feared for her life which is why she felt that she couldn't let him out of the suitcase.
I also do hate to say it, but there probably is some truth to her being scared what would happen if she did let him out, but that's obviously no excuse. Lady sucks
