I use "that dough" recipie at least once a week, I know it by heart and yet I never thought to use it to make a stuffed foccacia. I'm definitely going to make a variation of this!

I don't know why, but I can never seem to get the dough right when I make these recipes. Comment section, have any tips or tricks on how to make sure it works? I think my biggest problem is getting the yeast to cooperate
