As a kid growing up my friend would make me hang out in his grandmother's kitchen, waiting... She pulled out of the oven as best I can tell a Focaccia bread covered in tomato sauce. She would give each of us a piece and then yell at us in Italian the equivalent of NOW SCRAM!. It was so worth the wait! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
