My mother always used a long piece of thread to cut her cinnamon rolls. 😆 As a child, I loved watching her bake and it was so satisfying to see her easily pinch off each roll! 🥰

The cinnamon buns recipe is the best ! I make them in my Thermomix, it's quick and easy. I make them the day before and let them rise all night in the oven (off, door closed) so that in the morning I just have to bake and it's ready and warm ! I use the same recipe to make buns or plain brioche, it's perfect with some orange blossom water. Thanks for a great recipe, it's delicious !

But I didn't understand a lot about nutrition so I developed deficiencies and had a lot of cravings to go back on a fish/meat diet.
