Just made some a week ago. Fell in love with focaccia when I was stationed in Italy. Made mine with kalamata olives and home-grown cherry tomatoes on top. Love your style.

I have a question ⁉️, as I watched other ppl make this same thing, why do you do the dimpling with all the toppings on? Wouldn't it behove you to dimple the dough FIRST, THAN the toppings, it also saves the fingers & hands much better with just the dough? Just Saying... I'd prefer to keep my hands a bit cleaner , than prepare the toppings , thank you for reading 😊
