Wow I did this today and it’s sooo good. Thanks a lot. I wanted to share the recipe with my mom but she isn’t into keeping a SD starter (and she is far) so she wants to use yeast. Would this also work with yeast?
@@ButteredSideUp Actually, it wasn’t my favorite taste - a little too sour (I had to wait three days) and a little too “healthy” tasting. 🤣 Will continue to experiment!
I can’t seem to be able to print this recipe. I made it today as far as fermenting in refrigerator .It was hard trying to follow recipe just listening.
you are so much like my wife, she see's a spider and i swear that spider could be willing to pay off her student loans, and she would still be screaming Spider Spider! come kill it for me!
You should tell her about the fly swatter trick - use it for killing spiders, and you don’t have to worry about them jumping at you. It’s made me a lot more brave about killing them!

Don't change the way you say focaccia, it sounds great. The bread looks soooo good.

How do you store Sourdough Focaccia ???
I like to store it in a glass container with a lid, or in a gallon zipper top bag.
