- Today I figured we'd take a bit of a dive into Classic WoW Era. The original classic world of warcraft servers that launched all the way back in 2019! How is the population? How is the economy? Is it worth playing? Guess we'll find out!

Come to Deviate Delight it was a dead server that it is now taking off by a player driven movement, No GDKPs allowed, blizzard disabled transfers to the server as well so no inflated prices. The movement is steadily growing daily.

Player new to WoW, want to play classic, this seems like the best option based on many comments on many videos. Thank you!
True Classic is dead to me after what the community did; the gold buying, the mage boosting the GDKPs ya'll deserved the Dark Portal Pass and the WoW token those are perfect and fitting punishments for ruining this.
Hardcore is tight though, this is what Classic should have been about.
go to atiesh server in classic era we are like 3 guild opnly so the economy isnt thriving since we all have to farm everything ourselve but everyone is helping each other and we dont have GDKP nor booster
@@Nictaz123 so i presume you do have enough constant people for dungeons/raids? What's your guild's name?. I want to try the classic era because sod was fun for me but it's dying and I'm thinking about trying the classic era
The reasoning behind all of these being issued is due to RMT so why don't you point blame at Activision for not enforcing their own ToS better. You realize the RMT ban rates are nearly non existent???

Im playing classic era for the first time from february , Firemaw-EU , and is the best , there are some gdkps and some items have inflation obviusly , but the most of the people is raiding and there are many pvp , even in the leveling i didnt have problems for make a party and clean dungeons .
I was retail andy untill war within. I enjoy me classic era a lot, everyrhing has meaning regardless of level. I would wish era tbc more than anything tho.

Hardcore is better. No inflation, no GKDP shit. Popular still and more friendly community.
Been playing Classic Era consistently since the server split. Luckily a few guilds were able to keep the servers alive on NA and EU. Back then there was no AH activity, no BG's. And only a small amount of raiding.
It's a lot different now though. For NA, both PvE and PvP Servers are lively. WSG pop's all day long, as there is a respectable pool of players ranking, there are several raid guilds, GDKP's and leveling guilds.
The biggest issue now is the economy bloat. All prices are extremely inflated due to GDKP's and bots farming gold.
Overall the community is good, but you either need to buy gold to participate in GDKP's or find a raiding guild that will take you. Overall, it is still definitely worth checking out the servers.
Once again intentionals artistic view shines brighter than I could ever imagine. Describing parallels between joining into a long standing server and getting into crossdressing so late into your life. Gdkps representing femboys hustling on onlyfans. Dan representing the fear that your wife of 15 years not accepting you for your new found interest in sundresses. It all just gives such a great life lesson and really makes you realize just like both classic era, and becoming a femboy, there are plenty of pros and cons and you really wont know if its for you until you dive in!

Classic Era has a lot more people dueling outside Orgrimmar. From phase 2 to 6 of Classic release people were not really chilling like this as much. GDKP is a problem for sure but you can still find groups without this. There seems to be more people leveling now than in later phases of Classic release.
They should just do fresh. Era servers are almost 5 years old already.

pve servers there is no GDKP, so if you are into raiding and the good guild experience.
the game itself is good but the community is super toxic. I only got to level 30 before deciding it wasn't worth it anymore when classic first launched
Ive been thinkin bout coming back to classic here and there...ive tried ff14 and EQ2..but idk ...its not the same
Play deviate delight server, the community is wholesome bro, good vibes. Server with a "fresh" feel

No gdkp or boosting on pve eu. If you don't expect instant groups at all times, you really can enjoy og wow feeling as 2006 last phase on pve cluster eu. Cant talk about na

Pretty much lose any interest in servers when all i see is GDKP runs in chat. cant compete in them, cos its not like people are out grinding for the gold. there buying it from gold sellers. aka bots.

Don't get why people assume that they're all buying gold... you know that the gold used for bidding on the loot is split evenly with all the players at the end of the raid, right? Thats how most get their gold to bid on items.

@@loganb6393 Mages solo farming in ZG, rogues pick-pocketing in dungeons, hunters soloing DMT.. like 50-100g per hour doing that.

Only place to play on ERA is the fresh server Deviate Delight on NA. No bot spam or GDKP's
I like the idea of GDKP's:) but gold buyers kinda ruined it
Era is pretty toxic, the player base right now is pretty bad man, not saying all people but the server as a whole is.
Come to turtle wow and enjoy the classic + adventure :) Much better, and we have devs that developing the game how it should be done :)
Too bad the Fresh movement in EU servers failed miserably. It would be great to get the chance and start over.

idk, after so many years with wow, it feels empty, not much to do but the same. burned out.
PvE realms. Tighter knit community and none of the GDKP/botting etc.
Arg blizz, give us the season of mastery resets on a yearly basis or longer and leave us too it

The rp /pvp server is hppen atm.
This is the original. Everything else is a cheap imitation. When the fk are blizzard gonna wake up?! Give us fresh!
The orginal were a bit harder -the patch 1.13 that classic have are a contuance of 1.12 which were the nerf patch before Burning Crusade , Orginal damage might be 1.08 maybe dunno -changes were made with every patch there after but the big one were 1.12 - I would play rather 1.05 - you could get exhausted -flighpatch were fewer lasted only to next flighmaster -if you were new to wow it took a week to get out of elwyn forrest na yes warrios had to buy food at lowest level 1 ,2 it just were harder - Classic are ok -orginal would be insane now

No not really. Because of sharding, /report, soys, parsing, sjw'ers, sweaties, and lack of large scale wpvp. PvE'ers ruined this game once again.

im playing era past 2 years... have warior with thunderfury.. was runing EPGP guild etc bla bla... its good.... population go up each day.... but only 1 thing is bad... retail clowns shall not be able to go directly in nax and buy bis gear..... ban GDKP from era
