- The tried and true 5.7L iForce V8 has been discontinued in the newest Toyota Tundra. It's been replaced with a 3.4L Twin Turbo V6 and in the TRD PRO is also paired up with Toyota's Hybrid Max system. Total system output is a healthy 437 Horsepower, and a stout 583 lb/ft of Torque. I say all that to say, the V8 will not be missed. Sure the sound of the V8 is something a V6 could never replicate but the new powertrain has the V8 beat in power, torque, & fuel economy. I have this same truck with black interior. just got it last week. I’m liking it so far. I hate the tires wish they would come with something more aggressive from factory
It is an awesome truck. I too am surprised it is still on the lot especially with the mark -up just a few miles south.
I’m sure it’ll be gone soon. People hate mark ups so once they see this video or realize there’s no mark up from our website, it’ll be gone. All the other Toyota stores are asking stupid money over sticker for these.
completely agree with you on the buttons and knobs, bro! not all of us want everything to be employed via touchscreen. buttons and knobs allow for ease-of-use while driving the vehicle.

I see so many tundras including capstone and trd pros sitting on lots. Toyota needs to work out all the kinks. Wouldn't buy a tundra until they refresh it and fix those issues especially the engine failures.
We’ve got 3 Capstone’s and a single TRD Pro that’s pre-sold. Different results in different places I guess. But none of our TRD Pro models ever get to sit.
