Great video! You can also put it in warm water and once it dissolves put it in a spray bottle and spray it on your body before bed. It helps with sleep and sore muscles.
Also if it helps to know, I had a TERRIBLE abscess that was NOWHERE near “bursting” or “draining” on my breast. I used a 1:1 epsom salt:water solution on a clean wash cloth and laid down for a nap while I left the wet wash cloth on my breast. I woke up, and BEHOLD! What a MIRACLE! Everything has drained. I am now continuing to use the compress to ensure ALL of the infection drains!

Please make sure you don't use too much epsom salt in your water when drinking it. If I use a tablespoon of Epsom salt and glass of water I would be a big mess before I even got to the bathroom. So it's different for everybody so be careful. I suggest starting off with a half a teaspoon if that doesn't work then try another half teaspoon. Go slowly with this guys this stuff can mess you up and never take it before going out. You may not be able to make it to a bathroom in time.
I used Epsom salts.every morning half teaspoons in my tea.
I drink it and got watery diarrhea with some good cramps in my little tummy❤ im sitting on the toilet rn, and the diarrhea sprays from my butt❤

Recently got a plunge and I have been doing 4 minutes a day at 40 degrees. I definitely notice the benefits. Recover faster and stronger immunity.
I just took 3 teaspoons of Epsom salt in 8 ozs of cold water, stirred it till dissolved and chugged it. I didn't taste bad at all... actually it tasted pretty good. Kind of yummy, actually. Maybe because my heart is getting worse so I am going to try eating more magnesium, Epsom salt is a lot cheaper than magnesium supplements. I will still eat my avocados, almonds, and spinach (I never make a salad with lettuce I eat spinach...tasty, better than Epsom salt)! REALLY, IT DIDN'T TASTE BAD AT ALL!!!

Spinach has up to 10% oxalates though (dry weight) which makes it bond to electrolytes making most of them inaccessible for the body.
Good for making kidney stones though, and to look good in chronometer.
Molo... Personally I would avoid spinach and use romaine due to high oxalate content
Too much Epsom Salt. My Mother told me of a lady who passed away in my Mother's youth because she used too much Epsom Salt to offen as a laxative.

Why do people keep saying it taste bitter? It’s not anything bitter tasting to me about it. It’s just awful to me. But I keep taking it. Skin looking better.
I use it for soaking and drinking. I squeeze some lemon for the taste for a laxative. It helps my aching muscles for sure 👍

You should add epsom salt to warm water with honey and lemon. That will aid your bowel movements and also make it more palatable.
If you put it in a lot less water, chug it then chase it with another cup of water or some sugar-free Zevia soda pop it makes it very much more tolerable. I only use about a fifth of a teaspoon so that it doesn't give me laxative effect.

As laxative, add the juice of half lemon and the bad taste disappear, and yes, works.

Excellent video. Thank you you might want to consider when making these type of videos though to say user discretion is advised because somebody might complain that something happened if they got a certain illness but I don’t think anything major can happen from Epson salt but you never know

If you chill the Epsom salt water mixture in the fridge then it makes it drinkable by neutralizing the taste I do that every time I I do a liver flush.

Oh sorry, I don't think so.
I did it for the flush. First week I took 1 liter of apple juice a day and on the sixth day in the evening and the seventh day in the morning I started drinking Epsom salt with water to get the bile soft and the colon in a relaxed state and then in the seventh day in the evening I started drinking lemon or grapefruit juice mixed with olive oil to push the stones out of my liver. Felt awful that night, but never felt so great after. That week I ate light things as fruit, some vegetables but no fats to give my liver some rest before.

hey guys thanks for the video i used to do this every year but i stopped doing it about 5 years ago but tomorrow morning ill do it THE WAY I DOI IT IS : 2 table spoons per every bottle of water , but first i cook and toast on a pan 10 table spoons of E.S for a list 5 minutes.... than i add water and dissolve it ...than i keep drinking it one bottle very 45 minutes NOTE FOR BETTER RESULT wear your shoes dont get your feet cold and dont wet your hands dont shower till next day after you done with all 5 bottles drink a lot of liquids and chicken soup to come back super strong after popping so much :) ha ha you will fill like a 14 years old kid after doing this food will taste better your mouth will be sour no more ... . i will edit this comment tomorrow wit more details

You can also make tofu with this. You can replace vinegar with epsom salt.
