This sounded like more of a lawyer for safety for use/misuse, but has good guidelines to follow... Thank you from a first time foot soaker today, 1 &1/2 cups.
This video is very informative but I have tried a few Epsom salt products which help in muscle recovery, but after a friend's recommendation, I have found my favorite - Elemnt Sports Science Epsom salt is now my go-to for relaxing and easing muscle pain
I do a green tea foot bath with warm water at home as well as a green tea bath and the water turns as well it does work and I do see an amazing difference in my feet and legs and over I feel so much better. Too bad some people are taking advantage of detoxing. Green tea or white tea really does work older people need to detox for foot and leg health so sorry for the scammers out there sham on them. If you have never done it the water does turn brown do it and see just plan warm water and any old foot bathtub will work!
I do have left engorged breast and swollen feet due to my heart valve leak And gained overnight 20 lbs like mon night And it’s all water weight Been happening since I was diagnosed with Addison’s And I have been getting excruciating shin and foot cramps every night So would epsom salt help this?
Nancy, I get leg cramps as well, and did a lot of research trying to get relief. I haven't gotten rid of them completely, but doing the following things vastly improved the situation. I take magnesium, B12, B-complex, adult baby asprin. Drink lots of water because dehydration aggravates the situation. Use THERAWORX before bed or anytime you feel a cramp coming on. It works! I keep a container of it in several rooms in case I get a cramp. It helps get rid of the cramp but it's really best to use it as a preventative. Before bed, after a shower reapply, before leaving the house (do not want to get a cramp in public). Hope this helps.
Very informative! Great overall. I do lifting 5 days a week and just started boxing, which are in the evenings, and also 5 days week. I’m 6ft 6in with arch feet and overall I’m hard on my feet especially with fitness activities that make me move my feet a lot. Epsom salt looks like an amazing remedy to help, in this case, my feet. I’ll make sure to also use lotion on my feet to hydrate the skin after soaking. Thanks so much! Looking forward to future videos!
Better to use a cream. I made a video on just that topic. Check out the playlists. I would not use epsom salt - it can dry out the skin and make the cracks worse.
A lot of talking about a lot of things but for just soaking feet...you were silent on how much epsom salt to add. The closest hint I got from you is the example for sprains and cuts, which you then said you weren't talking about. The package is silent on this also!
Idk why this is so scary . Lol I told my mom I was having back aches and she recommended this so I thought it was gona be a 1-2 step pour a little salt in the tub mixed with my lavender bubble bath and relax & soak but it’s all this keep it warm measure this pour tht , forget it cuz 9/10 I’m not gona do it right smh . Lol
It feels so relaxing and your feet really work hard all day so it feels great! Do a toe massage see on RUclips for relieving stress on the feet and fix your bunions. :)

I actually got accepted into law school before I decided on a career in podiatry. 🤔
@frugalfoot4973 that's evident!

Do you recommend epsom salt for plantar fasciitis?
I hope to have a video on that topic produced within the next week. Stay tuned.

Thanks for your comment Samuel.
Can you add it to drinking water to addd magnesium? I’m talking for food grade
I don't need my doctor to give me permission for anything. I will take their advice and do additional research before I do anything.
Cool 😎 video. I learnt alot. Thanks
Thanks for commenting.
Can we use Epsom salt to treat foot cracks?

1 cup of epsom salt for a foot bath with warm water
There is absolutely nothing to learn from this video. It is just one long disclaimer
Thank you so very much for this!!
❤
Thanks for taking a moment to give a positive comment Janelle.
Thanks 😊
what does soaking your feet in epsom salts do?
It works for my dog leg edema with warm water
thanks dude
My toes keep swelling up its super red and painful shall I just go to the ER to drain out pus or is there something else I can do to avoid the ER
Is it edema or injury? Yoga up the wall may help until you go find out what is wrong. Look that up on RUclips
Sounds like gout
2 cups of Epsom salt per gallon of warm water sounds like an outrageous amount for a foot soak. . . but. . . worth a try.

Is it dangerous for pregnant women to drinks this ?
Thanks
Ok
So, why in the world would anyone soak their feet in Epsom salts?
Dealt with an ingrown toenail, it would get rid of the pus
