I take it when I start experiencing that annoying muscle twitching. For me, muscle twitching is my body’s way of telling me that I am low on magnesium. When I take magnesium, the twitching stops, and I never get cramps anymore. If I ignore the twitching and don’t take the magnesium then I can pretty much guarantee that muscle cramps will follow. For full disclosure, I am on both a diuretic and a statin which both deplete magnesium.

      This is a google translation.
Choose a day like Saturday to do the cleaning since you can rest the next day.
From the day before the cleanse, do not take vitamins, medicines or anything other than regular foods. Choose a day like Saturday to do the cleaning since you can rest the next day.
On cleanse day, eat a breakfast without any fat (fruit, cooked cereal, fruit juice) and a lunch of baked potato or another vegetable with only salt. This allows the bile duct to fill with bile and develop pressure to push the stones out.
This day, after 2:00 p.m., do not eat or drink anything. If you break this rule you may feel very bad when doing the liver cleanse.
Prepare your fig salt (Epsom Salts) by mixing 4 tablespoons in 3 cups of water and pour this mixture into a jug. This mixture is enough for 4 servings of ¾ cup each. Put the jar in the refrigerator to cool.
At 6:00 pm. Drink a portion (¾ cup) of the fig salt mixture. Drink water after eating fig salt to wash the taste out of your mouth.
At 8:00 pm. Drink another portion (¾ cup) of the fig salt mixture. You haven't eaten since 2:00 p.m. but you won't feel hungry. Prepare your bed. In this process the time factor is of utmost importance, do not get ahead or behind by more than 10 minutes while doing it.
At 9:45 p.m. Pour ½ cup of virgin olive oil into the jug. Squeeze the grapefruit, or grapefruits, using your hand into a measuring cup. Remove the pulp from the juice with a fork. You should have ¾ cup of grapefruit juice. Now add the grapefruit juice to the olive oil. Close the jar and mix well until the juice and oil come together (only fresh grapefruit juice can do this).
At 10:00 pm. Drink the mixture you have prepared of olive oil and grapefruit juice. Take it while standing, and it does not take more than 5 minutes to swallow it completely.
At 10:00 pm. Drink the mixture you have prepared of olive oil and grapefruit juice. Take it while standing, and it does not take more than 5 minutes to swallow it completely. Go to bed immediately. If you do not go to bed immediately, bile stones may fail to pass. The faster you lie down, the more stones you will be able to remove. Prepare your bed ahead of time so you can go to bed without having to get up to go to the bathroom or any other situation. As soon as you have taken this mixture, lie down on your back with your head on the pillow. Try to think about what is happening in the liver. Try to stay perfectly still for at least 20 minutes. You may be able to feel the bile stones rolling like marbles down your bile duct. There is no pain at all because the bile ducts have been wide open by the fig salt. Go to sleep, you can avoid removing more stones if you don't.
The next day. When you wake up, take your third dose of fig salt (¾ cup), never before 6:00 a.m. If you have indigestion or nausea, wait until they go away before taking fig salt. You can go back to bed.
2 hours later. Take the fourth and final dose of fig salt (¾ cup). You can go back to bed.
After 2 more hours. You can eat. Start with fruit and fruit juices. During this day try to eat foods that are easy to digest. By night you should feel recovered.

Dr. Kim you said in the video at the 5:28 mark, you tell people if they have constipation , etc… to start with 500 mg before bedtime and up the dose nightly by 100 mg to 200 mg until diarrhea , then back it down 100 mg to when the diarrhea started. What type of magnesium were you suggesting ? Much appreciated.

    • @marinam2891
      @marinam2891 Год назад +2

From the beginning I was confused too..he ment to increase by 100 or 200mg every night - ( 500 + 100 or 200) until you'll have a diahrrea ... For example, if you took 1000 mg and you experience diarrhea, then you should reduce the dose to 800 mg or 700 mg daily. I hope it helped...

Not sure how well it affects growth, but I've noticed that when I bathe in it and allow my hair and scalp to soak for a good while, my scalp feels cleaner and my hair becomes really nice and soft. Of course, it's essential to use a good shampoo and conditioner or hair mask. A good scalp scrub is really helpful too. Only need to use a couple times a month. There are also some good hair oils on the market, but I must be careful with them because they can make my hair too oily. Because of that, I use them either for spot treatments if my scalp is getting itchy, or I use it a good half a day or so before I plan to wash my hair to give it a good treatment. Only a very little bit though because a little goes a long way. You might also want to consider a rice water spray. Go lightly because too much might be too heavy or oily for you, but a light spritz does help to condition the hair and make it shine. Shampoos, conditioners and other products that contain keratin are very helpful too. Can't say I'm having a lot less hair loss, but I've noticed that with all of these things combined, the condition and quality of my hair has greatly improved. That's half the battle.
You might also want to look into a safe supplement that works from the inside. Something that contains biotin, collagen (re: collagen - careful if you have food allergies, especially to fish) and hyaluronic acid. Stick with those made in America unless you know you've found a good and safe one. Those things also are good at helping old people problems, such a sore and achy joints.
