    I gave myself an enema with Epsom salts and the next day I started to expel black mucus in my lungs from smoking weed. I had quit a month ago and stopped coughing up mucus, but the enema brought it out and I am thrilled.

    The thing about undesirable tastes is this: if you truly have the mindset to make yourself healthier, it doesnt really matter what it tastes like. The trick is getting rid of the childlike rejection of bad tastes in order to supply our body with what is needed. The truth is, nothing that is healthy is gonna taste great, and that's perfectly ok. It is this way for a reason. Mental discipline is key to maintaining a healthy diet and thus a healthy body and mind.

    It is a fact the Epsom Salt is bitter -- but I had learnt a trick that allows me not to taste the bitterness. When drinking the Epsom Salt - ( HOLD YOU NOSE - while drinking the water ) and you will not taste it. Then I follow mine with a small amount of orange juice --this causes the after taste to go go away.

    Thank you Monica, you introduced me to this method almost three year ago and I have been using this method to clean my gut out ever since, my body feels so much better internally, I feel great externally too. I managed to lose two and half stone in weight after using this method over a period of four months. I now only do a cleanse every ten days in a month just to keep me looking and feeling better. I am also on a low calorie diet which also helps. For those of you who want to try this epsom.salt cleanse make sure you don't leave the house because it deadly but it is worth it in the long run, make sure you consult your doctor before trying this method, I managed to get the whole clear from my doctor three years ago.

    Years ago i developed hives on my thighs. For no reason whatssoever, they just appeared. They were massively itchy more than anything. But i wanted them gone! So i thought before i go to the docs, im going to do my own research. I came across salt water flush which I did. It took 8 hours for the passed water to run clear. I did lots of yoga exercise specifically for this cleanse after each glass of the salt water. So what was the result after 8 hours? Hives had gone down that very day to never return again! I was amazed! I did lots of research before i embarked on the cleanse and im so glad i did. Going to docs in my case, i think they probably would have given me a cream along with an antihistamine and sent me on my way! All the best to you all x

    💡ON AN EMPTY STOMACH in morning - I used 2 tsp (USA measurement) Pink Himalayan Salt & 32 oz warm good clean filtered water, then I lay on my right side. Within 1-2 hours the expelling / cleansing begins. 😁I’m guessing it’s the same as using epsom salt - except 1 TBSP (USA) = 3 tsp (USA) and she says use 1 TBSP of epsom salt.

      It's not the same. Himalayan salt flushes which I do as well are sodium chloride based. Epsom salt are magnesium based. Magnesium has laxative properties which draw water from your body directly towards the large bowel and such. Do more research, both work but different mode of action, different durations

      Magnesium has a laxative effect and if the salt to water ratio is right, it passes, rather than ingesting. Hence saline solution where the salt to water is equal to that of human blood. Hence 1tbsp to a liter...

    I've had MAYBE 2 notable bowel movements since mid March. I've tried everything. 6/50 Billion live active culture probiotics for 4 days now, I drink a sizable amount of aloe vera juice 2x a day; 2 herbal laxatives every other day. I've tried fleet enemas. I've cut down my Pepsi in half and I've doubled my water (which still isn't much...but waaaay more that usual). I feel like I have to REALLY go and won't be able to make it to the toilet in time cuz it feels like THIS IS THE ONE, and every time it's just minute pebbles. I'm going to try this with a FAITH FILLED PRAYER!! Sorry if this is too candid for some, but 3 years ago I experienced this same thing from November to February and after a friend's insistent recommendation, I did 2 days of 2 probiotic pills each day and on the 3rd day I effortlessly evacuated 5 poos the size of my forearm... The probiotics are not doing it this time! STAY TUNED!

      A valid question. Please pay attention to your body. Your body will nudge you when it needs more water. Drink it that time.
      Also, just to address a common concern.
      Salt water flush, be if with Epsom salts or any other natural salt DOES NOT dehydrate you.
      The science behind that is, the specific gravity of salt water made with exactly 2 teaspoons is exactly same as the blood. So this water is considered as blood and further passed down to your small intestines for elimination. There fore neither the water nor the salt gets absorbed in your body. Since salt water is heavy and body has determined that it should be eliminated from your system, it gets forced out through your intestines. The Epsom salt in this case will break down the hardened waste and the water will bring it out of you.
      So don’t even worry about your body losing water.
      The only reason some people feel sick is that their waste matters are so hardened that it can’t be all eliminated with one flush. If you do it consistently for a couple of weeks then it will ensure that all the waste has been eliminated.

    I used to drink salt water to help me manage hang overs back in the days when I drank (I was never a big drinker so I was always sick after..lol), it was the only way my body would keep anything down and hydrate me. I haven't tried with Epson salt, but I do Himalayan salt often. With adrenal fatigue it's often he best way to stop the side effects of low blood pressure. Would this work with Himalayan salt? I never chug down this much under a short amount of time but I do like my salt water. It's not bad with cucumber and lemon slices too.

It has been 30 minutes since my last glass of lemmon water. Does that count as an empty stomach. Or should I not eat or drink for at least 5 hours and then do this? Kind Regards

      I guess she didn't know we can get it at most drug stores and places like the pharmacy at Walmart and often times in the medical section of many grocery stores.. just remember to get pure epsom salt without anything else in it. And don't bother to sucker out for a sales job telling you that you need to get some special epsom salts that come from some so called ancient site deep, deep underground. The woman who is touting that is a disgrace to the homeopathic profession. She got caught out with her lies about Himalayan pink salt, (from ancient mines deep deep under the Himalayan mountains...((no such thing as Sall mines in those mtns.)) ). But she still keeps it up with the Epsom salts. Just get regular old normal Epsom salts.

      Hell yes it matters! Himalayan salt is not Epsom salt! If you try to do a flush with Himalayan salt it probably will dehydrate you and it won’t do a cleanse.. epsom salt is magnesium sulfate, Himalayan salt only has trace amounts of magnesium plus trace amounts of many minerals.

      @@SmileG333 i agree with the enema suggestion if your having stomach pain and constipation. The basic salf water flush recommended by john hopkins university is sea salt with water. about a quart of water with a big tabllespoon of sea salt. this will flush and relieve pressure in the intestines. very important to be regular or toxins go back into the body.

      you may need more water or more salt. sometimes being magnesium deficient causes it too. in which case, taking magnesium for a while and doing the flush after a week should work.

    • @luciustate4386
      @luciustate4386 4 года назад

      The rumbles are probably from your gut.. if you did the Epsom salt and water it will work. Sometimes it takes 2 to 3 doses but you definitely have to follow it with a lot of drinking water preferably distilled water.

    Can we use any epsom salt or There is particular epsom salt to drink ?

    • @jessicahill7920
      @jessicahill7920 5 лет назад

      No. Only use Epsom safe for consumption. Usually the bags or cartons that say they can be used as a laxative. There are many brands of Epsom salts that are only designed for bathing detox. Those ( like Dr. Teals which is great for bathing sore muscles and soaking tired feet) have add essential oils, perfumes, etc. And the usually say USE EXTERNALLY ONLY. So just make sure to read the directions and if it's laxative safe, you are good to go. This cleanse is amazing. I do it regularly and haven't dealt with fluid retention or excess weight gain is since!

      Monica Yearwood
      Most people are magnesium deficient and don’t know it. Men should be taking 450 mg women 350 mg of magnesium glycinate or magnesium L-threonate or both..
      Glycinate for muscles and L-threonate is for the brain. Both of those are 40% absorbable. Magnesium oxide which is in most magnesium supplements is junk and only 4% absorbable. Magnesium citrate is a good source of magnesium too but in most people it works like a laxative..
