  • Learn more about how to cleanse your gallbladder on my website here: draxe.com/gall...
The gallbladder is a small organ in the shape of a “sac” that has the primary role of storing bile that’s made in the liver. The gallbladder sits just under the liver, and the two organs have a close working relationship.
Gallstones are one of the most common problems that arises with the gallbladder. Around 10 percent to 20 percent of the total adult population (up to 40 percent in some age groups) is believed to have at least mild to moderate gallstones.
If you feel sluggish or have trouble digesting fats, these are warning signs that your gallbladder or liver may be having trouble. In this episode of Ancient Medicine Today, I talk about how to do a gallbladder cleanse and restore your digestive system to health naturally. These tips also work to remove gallstones.

Few months ago I experienced twice pain in my right side. I went to the doctor, I got an ultrasound and the surgeon called me the following week to set a date to remove my gallbladder. The doctor said that I didn't have stones, but I did have "sludge'. I said that I will rather wait. Im following the gallbladder cleanse and diet. Pain is gone. Not surgery.

    • @kimberresford
      @kimberresford 7 лет назад +144

When you do a liver and gallbladder cleanse there is a preparation which softens the stones and they pass easily from the liver as well as gallbladder hepatic stones, this then gives the ability for the liver to heal itself, I met someone that was diagnosed with cirrhosis and spent 3 years and 37 flushes later he had completely rejuvenated his liver.

I have gallstones for years and have underwent a different cleanse a few years back but my attacks have only been getting worse. Yesterday i found this video and instantly went to the store and bought all the ingredients for the overnights remedy (organic grapefruit juice, flax seed oil, olive oil and epsom salt) the whole day yesterday i was only consuming pressed apple juice and water along with some green veggies and broth in the evening. Right before bed i got another gallstone attack...so i decided to do the overnight olive oil mixture. I drank it, went to sleep on my right side, and 2 hours later the blowout of stones began and lasted throughout the night. Im sorry but it felt like someone was torching by butthole😭😭 but its moring now and ive never felt better! The stones are out, my ass hurts, and i lost like 4 pounds. I follow Dr. Clark's protocol since 2014. That year I had a serious gallbladder attack and I was not able to eat for at least 3 weeks because every food did cause significant pain. For a while I consumed only apple and beet juice and drank water with apple cider vinegar. After the third week, I started eating grated apples and beets. Gradually my gallbladder calmed down and only then did I do my first cleansing of gallstones. According to Dr. Clark, you have to wait for the pain to subside and only then to do the cleansing. The four spoons of Epsom salt are dissolved in 3 glasses of water and taken 4 times - two before and two after consuming the mixture of grapefruit and olive oil. The feeling of lightness after the procedure is incomparable ... Since then I have been doing this procedure as a prevention twice a year. After 2014 I didn't have any more attacks, only once or twice mild pain and that was it. I still live with my gallbladder and I believe that this is not an organ we can live without, as many doctors claim today.

When it is cold, the bitter taste is less noticeable (it is not actually salty). I drink the dose in one sip without break, because while drinking, you don't feel the strong taste. You feel the taste when you stop drinking the solution. In the same way I drink the mixture of grapefruit and olive oil. I drink everything with a wide straw without interruption. I have tried both versions of Dr. Clark: Option 1 - a mixture of equal amounts of grapefruit juice and olive oil and Option 2 - equal amounts of lemon juice and olive oil, which are drunk separately without mixing. The mixed version is definitely more bearable. Large amounts of olive oil, when not mixed with acid, can cause vomiting and make the procedure pointless. For beginners Dr. Clark herself recommends the mixed version.
As for the stones ... The first time I did this cleansing, I probably threw away thousands of stones. The largest ones were the size of small Navy beans. Most of the stones I have thrown away during these years are yellow-green, cholesterol-based. Only in the beginning I had a few small dark green and harder stones of bilirubin.

@@lydiayue3055 hi, I have made this process more times but with much less quantity of the ingredients.
      It worked as well.
But earlier drink freshly squshed lemon juice in water each morning for 3-4 weeks. In case you have stones it will dissolve a bit.
After that the cleansing will be more efficient.

I'm 19 and think I'm suffering from liver / gallbladder issues which is weird because I don't eat much junk food and I try to eat healthy whenever i can. It has been really stressing because gasteronterologists where I live are very exp not to mention getting the tests to really find out what's wrong. I've gotten a ct scan without contrast (due to the doctors and radiologist fear of further complications) and they found nothing. The ct was clearrrrr. I found Tht detox method with the Epsom salts and olive oil lemons etc thing and I changed my diet to a lot of vegetables sweet potatoes beet roots organic apple juice and fibrous foods because constipation is almost my best friend. I'm really frustrated to be honest because today I'm starting to feel sharp pains. before it was dull. I will be doing the detox soon though. Hopefully it will help. I don't want to remove my gallbladder at all. But I'm suffering from acid reflux. Indigestion. Constipation. Nausea no vomiting thank god. I've been drinking dandelion tea for some time now. It seems to ease the pain. But my right side isn't tender to touch. Only when I bend my back or turn do I feel that slight strain. Hope I can cure myself naturally. Don't give up guys

I just donr recommend this for someone with constant gallbladder inflammation because of stones and sludge, 1ST WORK ON DECREASING SYMPTOMS OF PAIN BY EATING CLEAN (YALL KNOW WHATS JUNK OR PROCESSED FOOD) THEN U CAN TRY THIS, OTHERWISE IF A LARGE STONE GETS STUCK Oh boy! For me just lemon juice on empty stomach for a few days gave a trip to the ER, the gallbladder pain was😮horrific! no food or water for 3 days made the pain pass ( it was a large stone that passed as it left a tear on the thin pipe😢scary😮.) Now i had have both Stones and aludge, so im tooo scared to do the cleanse, but just stick to eat as much simple natural as i can from grassfed meats dairy and eggs to lots of fruits veggies my fav to always take during the week is aloe vera, cactus salad, and cilantro and celery with green apple. When u dont cosume simple real food my gallbladder tenderness wants to return😮 scary

Doc I'm a 30 year old male 2-3 months away from 31 years old 6'2 295-312 lbs I've nevef had gallstone or gallbladder issues up until recently which I noticed 3-4 weeks ago I had my first and second real attack. At the time I didn't know what was going on but I found out quickly that after researching and self diagnosing I was having gallstone attacks. I did a 2 day extra virgin and canola combo mix with lemon juice flush and apple cider vinegar with water. I took pictures of the stones I pooped out couple hours ago and I wanted to know am I at risk for gallbladder cancer and do I need to worry about it. It terrifies me because online some sites say that it's a precursor to it or that cancer may already be present. Love the video alike the others I've watched. I ate a lot of salt, processed foods, sugary drinks and foods for a long time for the last 10-17 years or even a little more. I don't want to go under the knife for anything including gallbladder removal, cancer etc etc. I haven't been to a doctor in over 9 years and in my early 20's I had an ultrasound done that detected some small amounts of kidney stones. I am a fairly active guy and I was weight lifting and doing cardio for awhile. Lost 93 1/2 lbs at one point from 321 1/2 lbw down to 227 1/2 lbs and then shot back up because I wanted to be more bulkier and muscular with some fat. What I read about gallbladder cancer and passing stones terrified me. Is there anything I should know from you or anyone ?.... Of course I eat the healthy stuff here and there but I've gotten more of the typical lousy American diet over the years with white breads, white pita bread, white toast more then wheat products and white rice. Of course mayo was apart of that stable...... Bacon.... Hamburgers, chicken burgers, fish etc. Anything will help DOC. I don't want to have any real issues on my hands.

How can you remove fat from your diet, when fat is used to create bile in the galldblader, to digest the fat that you ingest?

Is there a possibility that when doing the cleanse that a stone could get stuck in the duct and cause an attack?

I have been told I have a large Gallstone and suggested to have surgery to remove it. I do get some pain in upper right shoulder and told that is a symptom of Gallbladder inflamation. I am now chosing whether to have the operation and interested in this video but cautious as concerned if Gallstone should move into the bile duct and cause other issues. Thanks anyway for the video which I will review and follow.

Hi Dr Josh. Can I swap out bone broth for vegetable broth?? I don’t eat meat. 1 year ago Drs wanted to take my gallbladder out. I said. No way!! Changed my diet. And did a few cleanses. Coffee enemas. Eat clean. Etc. It has all worked amazing. But I feel like my huge stone may still be in me. I want to try all this you suggested. Thanks so much. Deb

I wish I saw this sooner or even thought about my gallbladder being the culprit for what seemed to be a heart attack symptoms. Anyways , thank you so much for this. Now I can rest easy more and do a cleanse for my gallbladder. I had been using my EO peace on me and it actually helped when I was having some pain and discomfort. I love this segment and thanks again!

Oh Yes. Went to er thinking I was having a heart attack. They told me it was acid reflux. But it was gall bladder and ended up in hospital. Stone blocked all fluids in the tummy. Gave me pancreatis. I'm better now

I'm currently having issues even when I don't eat. I could be fasting and have painful episodes. And also if I only have liquids I'm suffering. I may be at the point to have it removed.
