  • According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Gallbladder is one of the most important internal organs in our body.
    In the classics, it says, "All the main internal organs' health depends on how healthy the gallbladder is. "Therefore it is important to ensure our gallbladder meridian is healthy and unblocked.
    This exercise can help to smoothen the flow of qi in the gallbladder meridian. Therefore help to detoxify our body, improve our digestion, and losing weight.

    Thank you, Dr. Hui for this gallbladder meridian exercise. I have been having emotional symptoms of liver/gallbladder imbalance for a long time due to repressed anger and frustration. Also, long-term chronic stress. I also began having trouble with digesting carbs and fats. This exercise calmed down my feelings of chronic anger, resentment, and frustration. It actually gave me a little bit of peace. I wonder if there's anything else I can do for this imbalance.

      Thank you, friend, for sharing this because I’ve been having similar issues with anger and frustration and not really knowing why. I’m physically disabled and in constant severe pain and my medical team has told me there’s no cure or anything more they can do to help me. I began having a pain at my waist in my back that began last year. My doctor didn’t address it. Now it’s so bad I can’t lie on that side. In the meantime I’ve been praying, doing Yoqi, chanting mantras and started studying the meridians and discovered that my Dai Mai meridian is the EXACT link I’m having trouble with. By you stating your issues with anger, etc. that helps me to understand why I’ve been dealing with similar. So thank you, friend. I hope you’re on your way to restored perfect health. Namaste 🙏🏽

I used to get heart palpitations and I would put pressure on my neck, to stop them , like if a pump isent pumping correctly and you kink the hose to build pressure and release and then it might start working again .

    • @johnbishop9000
      @johnbishop9000 2 года назад +9

      You still have gallbladder meridian, and your liver still produces bile, just no longer able to store the bile in the now removed gallbladder, so probably even more beneficial that you practice this gallbladder exercise to keep the bile flowing, as the reason you had your gallbladder removed was because the bile got stuck producing gall stones and even with the gallbladder removed you can still get gallstones, on a psychosomatic psychological emotional understanding, gall stones major cause is anger, especially repressed anger not being released hence stuck anger is a major contributing factor to the cause of gall stones, would recommend the inner smile and six healing sounds especially liver/gallbladder sound.....search Mantak Chia 6 healing sounds. Good luck. 🤜🤚☯️

In 2019 (65 years old) I was hospitalized for hip replacement surgery. After surgery, when I was allowed to begin eating again, my gallbladder became inflamed. I'd never had any problem with my gallbladder before. There was no explanation, other than that it must have been the food. But it occurred to me that the hip surgery was right along the gallbladder meridian and I'm wondering if there could have been some some connection. Thank you.

    Thank you so much. Just a question please - when you're doing this excercise what are you actually doing/how does it impact on the meridian? Can you do this with a gallstone?

      As I understand meridians they are electric pathways and they can get blocked. So you're unblocking that pathway.
