I really loved these drops but the dispenser was a deal-breaker. I wasted half the drops because I had to prime the bottle every time I used them. I contacted the company and they offered a refund, but I really wanted to stick with the product. Dr. Friederich himself messaged me and offered to send me a second bottle for free to see if it is me just not using it correctly or if my bottle was just defective. I am waiting for the new bottle and hope it works better. I was really touched that the Dr. himself took the time to message me - even offered to get on a call. THAT shows so much integrity which is rare to find these days. Makes me even want to use this product more! Thank you Dr. Friederich for your care and attention.
Thanks! I have so much trouble with this type preservative free bottle. I actually ordered a product that you put the drop on first, then into your eye. But I worry about whether it's sterile enough without using soap on it, which I don't want to do. Also, I'm ordering your Eyeganics drops. I'm so happy to find something that's not full of chemicals! I'm very sensitive, and these drops go systemic. Even one that was only Hyaluronic acid made my eyes even more dry! Can't wait to try your drops!

@@drfriederich I have Glaucoma, have had SLT, and have a PVD in one eye. Cataracts too! Haha! I get so much eye strain from looking at my phone. I sure hope the drops help. Can't wait to get them. They already shipped today! On a Sunday, and New Year's Day! Thank you!
Hello Doc! I figure you did all the work for the best possible option to dispense the drops without the "single use" rig-a-ma-roll. I'd much rather do the routine of getting the Eyeganics eye drops out of the bottle . . . especially since they are so instantly refreshing.
Dr little soap got inside my eye while washing. immediately, i have washed eye with available warm water. The symptom has gone away, i used Systane hydration drops i used systane for 2 days. Now im feeling like systane have done something wrong with my eyes,vision is normal but i feel like my eye surface flatened and looks like eye ball have shrinken. does this happen ? Dr what do u think of Systane eye drops. Are they fully Safe
Hi! I have never seen Systane shrink an eye thankfully - it is tough to say why your eye is feeling this way. If it persists, Systane's instructions recommend a checkup by a doctor. Their drops have never been recalled as far as I know, though I prefer the ones that my company makes - Eyeganics
@drfriederich Dr can any preservative eyedrops damage tearfilm? I stopped using it, but these days, im feeling like not making more tears while crying than before. I easily get tears before, but now it became tough for me. Do dry eyes happen without symptoms. I had mild dry eye issue 7 months ago, but tears were normal. But after using preservative drops i feel this way.

I have used preservative eye drops for 5 to 6 days . Will it cause any damage to my eyes. If caused any damage how to cure from it.

@@suma3660 it can do those things, but the cornea can heal once you stop.
