I love this bass. I just bought a Sterling Stingray short-scale ( but I was really torn between the 2 ). Both sounded great. I did get a Fender Rumble 100 v3 ( which is incredible ). Nice tone. oNe LovE from NYC
The price, unfortunately, went up by 100 bucks on the AmPer, as well as other guitars. The Vintera two days ago was 1049. Almost purchased the JMJ but hate the worn look. To my surprise the Vintera went down to 799 minus a 20.00 coupon code from AMS, so I purchased the Vintera Mustang in red. I already have a seafoam AmPer J bass. Yours looks so elegant and sounds great. Now don’t wake da baby.
Fender had multiple price adjustments in the past 18+ month. I guess selling a new instrument is difficult now as they're still competing themself from 60+ years ago
pretty different animals, Jaguar is 34" scale and this is 30" .. mustang balances better on my lap then the jaguar , and the controls are way more intuitive. i played a few japanese jaguar, they're decent, just a bit too much for my little brain ..
@@maddie_rose there’s also the short scale stingray, those are 30” and passive with tone knob. I love mine. They should announce some new colour this year by the end of the summer.
I have a Fender Mustang Bass purchased in 2011. Ordered the Mustang American Performer this year ( Fraternal twin to my existing bass) . Great bass guitars light , fun to play . I would recommend the Mustang any day of the week . Hey if it was good enough for Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones it's good enough for me.
