Mercedes Diesel e320 e220 e270 cdi Fuel Injector hold down bolts strength testing - Om648 Part 1

Cleaning and Testing hold down bolts for the fuel injectors for the cdi engines found in e320 cdis, 220 cdi 270 cdi, 280 cdi, sprinter engines.
This is the same design in the 4 5 and 6 cylinder engines. Engine names are Om648/om613 and same design is also on the om611/ om612 om646 om647

last owner stripped mines. had to put a 8mm bolt in it

The bolt may take 5 turns without breaking, however when injector combustion sludge starts leaking into the bolt hole is what causes to break when removing from factory torque.

This is just an experiment showing how much torque can these bolts actually take lol

Nice video, but it is 7 Nm+ 90 +90 by WIS, not nice to break it in car
