Well, this was a different one! Soon after getting to this house, I met 2 neighbors and learned more about this house and the neighborhood. She let me know my help was greatly appreciated - I hope it helps get this neighborhood going back in the right direction!

Why not get rid of the trees, all over the windows?
You need to look up no sweat product that will absorb your sweat wearing that hat so it won’t ruin it

You're young just starting a family. You've gotta take better care of yourself. You're taking trash without gloves, what if there's a needle? Without a respirator, you're inhaling so much dust and debris, you're damaging your lungs.
If any harm comes to you, who's gonna take care of your loved ones? And your fans here would feel guilty too.

I think the problem with people bothering these abandoned houses is because they "look" abandened. I think cleaning them up will help or eliminate that problem. I even think if you were to stick a dumb fake geranium in a pot on the front steps that will make it look occupied. So I think these cleans ups help in a number of different ways. Nice job, looks great!

I believe the subscribers would feel better if you wore gloves when picking up trash, people pee on paper, wipe their butts, blow their noses, wipe puke from their mouth, etc on that nasty paper, stay safe when working, everything looks so much better good job.

Do NOT pick up any trash in that yard without gloves on. You don't know what is on that trash.

Wow that is surprising being it is right across from a shopping plaza. You would think there would be a ton of surveillance videos. But getting those bushes cut way back or gone should help a lot. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe 🙏🙏
Your edge work and sidewalk/driveway clearing were above par as usual!! Clearing bushes and cleaning up trash always makes neighborhoods safer.
You could call the city about the asbestos area you could not clear. There should be some agency that could clean that up and make the neighborhood healthier.
When I have a lot on my tarp, I take bungee cords and close the tarp into a tube shape, then pull it to dump. Nothing comes off.
Call a bull dozer. The house is beyond saving. You did a great service to the neighborhood but wish the police could get rid of the bad guys.
So even if the interior of the house was savable- the barn out back full of asbestos will have to be taken down by the city right? Like tented and stuff?
Also, what makes the house to where it can’t be saved? I saw it look rough inside, but it can be cleaned right? Asking because I genuinely don’t know

A collaboration between law enforcement, city & the council person associated with this ward can make something more take place to make it much safer. Looks great!

Better take somebody with you and Lock and Load if you're going to stay out and do more houses because the so-called bad boys might see your videos or somebody might get the news out that you're going to show up but don't be scared and don't let them run you off

S k is my name and I watch your videos sometimes. These videos are nice to see. I seen somewhere sometime on a video or some website or some picture about that asbestos. In another country, there was or is now a pillow that is marketed for having asbestos in it. A powder asbestos that the pillow is filled with. It says that's its a good thing. Nice to see that we don't have that here in America 🙂
You did your best on that with what the neighbors said. I would had cut down those front trees as low as passable because the city would had picked them up. That was who tried to go there can be seen.

Extraordinary clean-up Tucker. Blademate Lawn Care in Australia posted a video last week about using halfmoon manual edgers on archeological sidewalk reveals. A 2.5 Lb Cutter mattock will make those gutter clean outs just plain fun. In either case those tools will save your power equipment and your back. They aren't very expensive, less than the cost of a big bottle of Ibuprophen.
Midlife Stockman demonstrates the use of a Cutter Mattock to clean street gutters in his most recent video.

Regular. Love beef jerky / sticks, my go to for fishing. I live in Alabama now, but shreveport is my wife's home town and our children were born there. Good to see someone trying to clean up the mess in these legacy neighborhoods
