This house caught my eye while driving by one day so I decided to stop. The door was wide open and it looked like no one lived there. The neighbor told us the person who used to live here wouldn't take care of the yard for anything in the world. This was some of the TALLEST grass I have ever cut.

The camera’s sudden zoom in & zoom out was very disturbing for my eyes in the first half.. & i came a long way to watch the program.. from London England 🏴

Thanks for getting this place put back together. You fixed the street gutter flow, mowed down the greenery to move out rodents and mosquito risks, got the sidewalk usable for pedestrians, cleared the driveway (a big visual area), trimmed. That was a great upgrade for the area.

Over the weekend I can see everyone in the neighborhood getting their mowers and edgers out and sprucing up their yards too. It’s contagious. In a good way. Good job guys.

For a modest amount of money this place could be generating income. I'll never understand why places get like this, waiting for vandals/squatters to make it even worse.

I'm sure the neighbours are thrilled that: a) they have their sidewalk back, and b) they don't have to worry any longer about literal snakes in the grass. I'm confused though - on the British & Australian channels they always rake up but rarely do so on U.S. channels. Anyway, you did a great service to the area and great work on the yards.

One of the best teams working in unison I've Deen so far. One helps the other where needed without asking. Saw one group get 3 different teams together working together one day and they seemed good helping each other as a team too without asking eachother just in noticing where its needed. TK, you and that young man did an awesome makeover of this neglected ppty. It’s sad to see homes abandoned and in some cases deteriorate. So many people are crying out for homes, rentals for some, homeless for others. These houses say “please squat here” , so sad. Thank you both very much, I admire your work ethic. I watch a lot of the other free-mow channels….this is the first I have seen by TK.
There was a lot of hard and conscientious work evidenced here….but the mow quality did not look good to me. Not sure if it was the species of grass or the cutting height….the section by the street looked almost scraped/plowed.

Could be such a cute little house with a bit of a scrub, some nice landscaping or, at least, some foundation plantings. A lick of paint here and there and she'd be looking pretty good. At least on the outside! 😂 The neighbors are already rejoicing from this massive yard clean-up, I have no doubt!
