I guess you knew the lynard synard LP is a collectible item after the plane crash that civer was pulled from the shelves and replaced with a cover without flames
Pls clarify further. I bought ab international ‘hoax’. The seller wants me to take a partial refund. I refused. eBay then reimbursed. I have an international return address but not from eBay… No return label. Hmm
Unless you’re Canadian ! And they don’t let you buy a return label through eBay for international ! Enjoy 70$ return labels ! :) I have so many more hurdles trying to do this from Canada. Even shipping domestically is more expensive then international up here 😂 🇨🇦 thanks T-daddy
Interesting. I just purchased something so bad that it was beyond obvious that it was not as described. eBay reimbursed me just now but didn’t give me a return label, so I’m confused
Just found your RUclips channel today and loved it! You are really good at this reselling. I’ve been doing it for about a year. I never knew about the Amazon Bins. Thanks for the tip!
I totally agree with you on the Lemax Spooky Town being a huge bolo! We just sold 2 of those and they sold fast! They’re really cool! Thanks for a great video!
New sub here! I e been selling on Mercari almost half a year now. And started eBay a few months ago. I've noticed i sold more on Mercari. Still trying to learn the ropes of eBay! I'll be watching your videos thanks for the tips!
Yes, shipping is crazy with its dimensional shipping. Even a sweatshirt will be crazy because it of dimensions but the weight is around 2lb 9oz and it goes to 5lb rate dumb or sometimes it jumps to a 9Ib rate for clothing.
I think the key to not getting banned from eBay for cross listing is to give them money to promote your items. I keep hearing people getting banned from eBay and I think the reason is for cross listing but eBay won't tell you that...
You only pay when the items sells, so as long as you add a couple dollars to cover the promoted listings, you should easily be in the profit. If you look at eBay, you will see the "sponsored" listing is always a few dollars more than the others. This is why. You can also just promote at 1 or 2% and if you get a few extra sales than win win!
@@desertsellers thats just it, it never made a dent. If i got three sales in one week and then used promoted listings and still got three sales i lose money. Promoted listings never never helped my sales
Biggest advice is buy low! And buy what sells! Always look at sell through rate and only buy something because it sells. You don't want to become a storage unit 😜 Good luck!!!
This is an in-person liquidation store. Their main source is Amazon returns so I refer to them as Amazon bins. But you should be able to find liquidation centers in your area 🤞
This is actually a liquidation center who purchases returns from Amazon Kohl's etc. It is commonly called an Amazon bins because that is their biggest source. But you should be able to find liquidation centers in your area.
Good morning. Thanks so much for watching. So I usually list between 5 and 10 items a day. And roughly 50% of those are from promoted listings. And I promote from 3 to 4% If it's an expensive item over $100 I only promote it 3%. The turnaround varies but I'm getting better at making sure the sell through rate is really high so I'm selling them in less than 30 days. But seasons change and market changes all the time. Great questions.
I sold some international but with the boots I sold to Mexico they charged me additional 22 dollars when they got to him. I sold some to England with no issue but, I chickened out. Should I try again?my sales are stalling. I am running a sale but people watch but not buy!
The only reason they would charge you would be if the postage was short. So if the item weighed more or was bigger than what you put on the label. I definitely would try again I wouldn't let that stop you from international sales.
Thank you so much for watching. I've heard amazing things about what not but I have not had the courage to run one yet. I just need to commit. I know there is good profit to be had over there 😄
I did that almost a month ago. So I believe it's more credited to promoted listings than anything. Highly recommend promoting 3-4% to push those sales!
Some of those items were purchased from a dealer including those shirts. So I didn't look up each individual item when I'm getting it cheap enough in a bulk lot I'm happy with making less. But as I am growing as you can see this video is about 6 months old I am learning more as I go. And over the last few months I've really focused on that sell through rate.
Going back in time and watching your videos. I’m a sell everything seller and love watching and see what you sell.
You might want to clarify something. International orders can return, the seller is not involved though. EBay handles and return and refund directly.
Thank you for clarifying. You just don't get the item back.
These RUclipsrs just be talking to make content. Take what every one of them saying with a grain of salt. For entertainment purposes only

Actually, ebay covers it if they return it on international sales.
Ebay did that for US sellers to encourage international sales without fear.😊

Click bait? What’s the trick? promotion?? It’s not a secret. I cannot stand watching a video and there’s no reference to the title.
Yes, promoted listings
Excellent gross profit for a weekend. You must be a real reseller! ❤
😂 I guess so 🥳

Nice job on the profit returns.
I did not know there were AMAZON BINS! Do you have a video on how to relist items using SELL SIMILAR? Thank you for this educational video.
After the infamous Skynyrd plane crash they changed the cover to have no flames. The flame case is very desirable.
Oh wow I didn't know that.

Promoted listings always cost me money and made nothing back. I stay away from promoted listings

Any item where the buyer say “item not as described” is 100% returnable international sale or not.
Lots of great content! Thank you!

Wow what a weekend ! Can you tell us how you organize things behind you in the bookcase ?
Thank you
😂😂 not at all organized but thank you🤦 I try. So it's really just stuff that I use on the daily.
Where do you get amazon bins?
This is actually a liquidation center who purchases returns from Amazon Kohl's etc. It is commonly called an Amazon bins because that is their biggest source. But you should be able to find liquidation centers in your area.
But how much of a profit do you make? Doesn't eBay take a huge chunk out of your sales?
They take about 30% in the end. So as long as I'm buying my items low enough there's still plenty of room for profit.
Just found your channel, are you from AZ? I live in Queen Creek
Hi! 🌵I am. I'm just south of Tucson.
Love your videos!! I bought some Frye boots and they need some polish what do you recommend to help polish and cover some light scuffs? thanks
Honestly just a microfiber cloth and water. The best you can. There are some leather wipes out there but I find them all too oily.
where do you purchase your large tyvek bags. You stated that you ship backpacks, bedding and all large items
I actually found these ones at the Amazon bins but they just sell them on Amazon. When I run out I know I will be purchasing more.
Great Video
Is that a Lynard Skynard WITH the flames? VERY VALUABLE because they stopped making them after the plane crash. Worth way more than $20
Yes it was 🤦 live and learn 😜
What is your recommendation for marketing the items? Facebook?
Nope. Let eBay do the marketing. I will do promoted listings though, as long as it's not super rare/fast selling on its own.
I always learn something :)
First time to your channel and really impressed. How many items do you list per day?
Good morning. Thanks so much for watching. So I usually list between 5 and 10 items a day. And roughly 50% of those are from promoted listings. @@desertsellers I went to edit my comment after you did advise of your percentage 😃. I got distracted by the Halloween house lol
Lol no worries 😂
well i have added and taken away promoted listings...nothing changed this year..lookin for new strategies in 2024!!
Just keep listing. Consistency will always win!!
How do you decide what to start your items at?
If you look at the recent sold comps I typically go with the average price of the last few that sold.
good vid subbed

Just curious, is it possible that you had great sales because you ended & sell similar to push your items up to the top and visible again?
I did that almost a month ago. So I believe it's more credited to promoted listings than anything. Highly recommend promoting 3-4% to push those sales!
@@desertsellers just did it today. Hopefully it will work! Thanks for the tip
I sell similar every day
Thanks
Do you test your camera's ?
Yes I do. Digital is easy to test. The old ones I test shutter, and flash.
@@desertsellers Thanks
Are promoted listings really worth it?
If items are less than 100% sell through than yes. 3-4%.
Nice job girlie. You look fabulous by the way. Thank you for all you do ❤️
Aww thank you ☺️🥰
What is the simple ttrick?
Promoted listings 😁
I searched near me and we don’t have any Amazon bins 😢
😭 may be worth the drive? Any within a couple hours??
So the secret is promotion?
Yes 😊
The increase in promoted listings is only going to continue, making items cost more. Greedy platform.
This is not about you or any seller. After many year as a buyer I am done. Auto pay is the reason. Nothing buy bad words for ebay.
I'm so sorry 😞
