So in the comics, Yukio was "friends" with Storm. I put it in quotation marks because, while it's never confirmed on page, Chris Claremont pretty obviously intended them to be in a relationship. (Much like several other couples Claremont wrote, most notably Destiny and Mystique, who we finally got confirmation of as Nightcrawler's biological parents recently. Mystique's shapeshifting is very thorough.) Later writers continued it, and Yukio has frequently been mentioned in the same context as some of Storm's explicitly romantic relationships, like T'Challa and Forge. Juggernaut is Professor X's stepbrother. Charles's mom married Juggernaut's dad after Charles's dad died in a workplace accident. And the whole "Magneto's helmet blocks telepathy" thing came from the movies, which I'm pretty sure got it from Juggernaut's helmet. Also, the Essex House is a reference to Mr. Sinister, whose real name is Nathaniel Essex. Cable's mutant power is telepathy and telekinesis, and he has the potential to be incredibly strong with his telekinesis. Problem is, the mechanical stuff? It's called the Techno-Organic Virus, and he has to use most of his telekinetic power internally, to keep it from overtaking his body. also, fun fact: the grown up version of Russel is played by Sala Baker, who also played Sauron's physical form in Lord of the Rings

The reason the orphanage place existed it’s like a Pray the gay away camp. Also, Nathaniel Essex is the government name for Mr. sinister from the original X-Men comics.

1:02:11 Once Upon a Deadpool was Disney's experiment to see if they could release a PG-13 rated Deadpool film as part of the MCU and see if it would work. They re-edited Deadpool 2 removing all the gore, toned down the violence, and changed the cursing to more generic language, then surrounded the re-edit with a framing story that Deadpool is telling the whole thing to Fred Savage (who Wade kidnapped) in a recreation of the bedroom from The Princess Bride. It's actually quite an amusing take on this film and worth a watch (and perhaps a reaction video).

Juggernaut is NOT a mutant. He’s that big and unstoppable because of a magical artifact; the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak ‘X-Men 3: The Last Stand’ did the character dirty.
Navi made reference to the animation and Kitty Pryde phasing through the floor and her blanket getting stuck. Also, she mentioned the team fighting Juggernaut on the dam. Both of these scenes are from X-Men: Evolution from around the year 2000. The show was about a few younger versions of X-Men trying to fit in at a “normal” high school. The show’s still pretty good, although it’s obviously for a teenage crowd. It’s four seasons (although more like three and a half), so not too long. Could make for a fun revisit.
there is actually another Juggernaunt refences in animation that goes further back. Episode of Spoiderman and His Amazing friends when the team went to visit the X-Mansion and Juggernaut attacked. That was one of the few times u heard Wolervine with an austrailian accent.

I lost my mind when Navi knew Juggernaut was Xavier's brother. And then again when she said she knew that from TAS. NAVI, YOU NEED TO FIGHT FOR X-MEN '97, PLEASE!
Firefist is played by Julian Dennison, who also appeared in Godzilla vs. Kong, Hunt for the Wilderpeople, and was a voice in Star Wars: The Bad Batch. Also, "Green Lantern" is not a bad movie, it just wasn't the movie that people wanted.

Green Lantern is ass. But it is where he and Blake Lively met. Cable is the son of Scott Summers/Cyclops and Madelyne Prior/Clone of Jean Grey. He got infected by a technorganic virus as a baby (either by Apocalypse or Mr Sinister depending on the medium) that was slowly turning him metal. He was sent to the future for a cure, and ends up being partially raise by a time travelling Jean and Scott, who hide who they really are (he revealed he knew many years later). He has telepathy and telekinesis, however he spends most of his power keeping the virus in check, resorting to physical combat and marksmanship. Also, fun fact: The two yokels with the truck with balls on it, are Alan Tudyk, and Matt Damon.
31:38 to answer Navi's question, Cable is supposed to be like ~6'8 according to the comics, but Josh Brolin is "only" 5'10 (a pretty average height), so in true Deadpool fashion they just make jokes about his height instead of camera tricks to make Brolin seem taller. 57:00 Not quite...the "scared straight" campaign wasn't anything to do with sexuality, it was to scare at-risk kids away from more crime-focused lifestyles by exposing them to what life in prison is actually like in hopes that they'd start living "on the straight and narrow" (ie stop breaking the law). The rehab place in this movie was more along the lines of the "pray the gay away" type of system, usually run by religious zealots who see homosexuals as abominations and/or sinners.
I personally loved the Green Lantern movie when I watched it as a kid, it was my first time hearing of the character and green lantern is still one of my favorite DC heroes to this day
37:18 is also an X-Men Wolverine reference; where Wade dodged/deflected all the bullets with that blade swinging move. In this movie he just got shot multiple times which is realisically what would happen...
2:56 Mark! Howdy! 🤠 Three gals and one guy this time?! Visually, it would look more balanced to me if he were in the center. 🤔 🤷♂️. btw just because a movie series has more sequels doesn't mean the characters are still alive. It can be prequels (like Saw series).
Fun fact: This Yukio was also a reboot of a previously shown Yukio from “The Wolverine” movie who had the power of foresight. She is the same character that said “I see you dying with your heart in your hand”(Not exact quote) to Logan and what a lot of people like to quote when Logan dies holding Laura in his hand in “Logan”.
Small correction it wasn't disney once upon a deadpool was released a full year prior to the disney buy out so it was fox
@@zexalplays Once Upon a Deadpool was released 12 Dec 2018. The acquisition of 21st Century Fox by The Walt Disney Company was announced on December 14, 2017, and was completed on March 20, 2019. So both the Fox and Disney execs knew it was happening and this was their experiment to see if it would work in the MCU.
1:00:32 Mark! "IF" = "Imaginary Friend" by the way, and it is my new favorite RR movie now, making "Free Guy" my second favorite movie of his. I don't know how I would list the others without having an RR movie marathon. 🤷♂️
"Ryan Reynolds is from Canada" -- yeah, and so is Wade Wilson 😂
Today I learned there are still adults in the world who like dubstep. Truly shocking
I love the black Tom and yukio recurring gag
Juggernaut is NOT a mutant. He’s that big and unstoppable because of a magical artifact; the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak
‘X-Men 3: The Last Stand’ did the character dirty.
47:11 “YOU COMMIE MF!” That always kills me 😂😂😴
Navi made reference to the animation and Kitty Pryde phasing through the floor and her blanket getting stuck.
The kid, Julian Denison, is a great actor. He was in one of Taika Watiti's first films, The Hunt for the Wilderpeople.
1:11:39 Mark! 61,502 Views + Mine! 🎉 4.2K Thumbs Up + Mine! 👍 You're welcome, and thanks! 😊
Notes: Yay! I finally got to see one of the longer "RUclips" videos without being interrupted! 🎉
In the circumstances of waking up, driving to the mailbox and back, being in the SUV under the carport, and enjoying the night breeze and the ambient sounds of animals and state highway traffic occasionally whooshing by, and the distant rumble of freight trains.
Mosquito whining was the only bad sound.
Bye-bye for now! Oh! This may not be my favorite RR movie, but it is my favorite MB movie so far. 👌
The bullets raining down while he arches during the opening credits is from Flash Dance.
it feels like domino's powers in this movie is to unknowingly sap everyone's luck no wonder most of the X force died
Deadpool 3 was my very first imax experience. And oh boy did it deliver. That memory i will cherish forever ❤❤😂❤
Navi is right actually! Juggernaut is one of the few people in comics that could actually take on the Hulk in a fight.
So yes he DOES suck in X-Men 3 😭
depends on who the writer is but ya general Juggernaunt could stand up to the hulk. U'd get into debates as to which hulk..savage hulk, world breaker hulk etc etc.
Everyone sucks in X-Men 3.
30:49 Mark! In an out-take, "Peter Pool" says that his power is that he has both types of diabetes! (They cancel each other out.) 😂
Rana was having the most fun out of everybody who's sitting on the couch 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@Thatskeybladelover! Yes, thank you! That's her name! She's the best! 👌👍🙏
29:38 The "Kah Kah" call is actually from another movie the boy was in called "Hunt for the Wilderpeople" by Taika Waititi with Sam Neill. Great Movie
Was already crushing on Navi. Finds out she watched the cartoon...LOVE! 🤣
"that's all Final Destination is, Domino trying to kill you."
Lol more like Domino just existing near you, look how much chaos she created around her when chasing the convoy. Lol
Deadpool is the definition of a characters who is just fun, and the 3rd movie actually hit $1billion in the box office. All they had to do was give the fans what they wanted.
You guys should watch X-Men 97 at some point.
They plan to
right like cmon peak xmen content in the year of xmen renaissance
@@jonmercano1138 wait for real? they mentioned it? where?
@@armin1712 they’ve said it a couple times now, i can’t think of a specific one, aside from the recent patreon QnA. I asked if they might watch the original show or at least a recap before 97. They said watching a recap is way more likely
@@jonmercano1138 got it, thanks!
I think it flip flops between the first and second for being the best ones, but the third one is probably the best one now
All three are awesome.
Tbh 2 >1 >3 is the order
But 3 is severely entertaining fan service for sure
For the actual Family Friendly version of this film, there's Once Upon a Deadpool.
Fun theory, all of the X-Force died on the initial jump cause one of the side effects of Domino's luck factor is she takes everyone elses luck factor away.
Great reaction! The Black Tom actor is playing Hellboy in The Crooked Man movie. I'm excited for it! It's going back to it's horror roots, and Mike Mignola is more involved in the production.
I forgot how hilarious Russell was in this movie😭🤣🤣
THANKS for this @Thenormies !!!!!!!
#Deadpool2 #Deadpool #TheNormies #RyanReynolds #XForce #XMen #Colossus
Many reactors don't show a reaction to the final after credits scene to this movie.
And the scene directly following it.
It's actually quite wholesome!
Fire fist is in Godzilla he plays Millie Bobby’s friend from high school who helps her discover who Monarch is
The scene where Deadpool kills the Green Lantern. 🤣🤣
I couldn't help myself from imagining Josh Brolin doing the same thing but with Anton Chigurh instead of Llewellyn Moss. 💀💀
Cable saying, "Keep your MFing coin aside psycho and let's see whose weapon is more destructive. Your Captive Bolt Stunner or My customized rifle!" 🤣🤣🤣
Love the way rana says dopinder
When Deadpool jumps into traffic with the bad guy, it's because he wants to die too, even if he can't.
Cable is Scott summers (cyclops) and Madelyn pryde (Jean greys clone) son. He gets infected with the technorganic virus and gets sent into the future to be hopefully cured. He then goes on various adventures with the X-Men
I'm still waiting to see Suraj in some major role he's been prepping his looks for this past year..
I lost my mind when Navi knew Juggernaut was Xavier's brother. And then again when she said she knew that from TAS. NAVI, YOU NEED TO FIGHT FOR X-MEN '97, PLEASE!
I think you mean X-Men Evolution. She also mentioned Kitty Pryde falling through the floor. The X-Men also fought Juggernaut on a dam in Evolution.
Just clarifying the show.
A great underrated watch is Hunt for the Wilderpeople, starring the kid who plays Russel and Sam Neill directed by Taika Waititi.
"Sweep the leg, Johnny!" Not Cobra Kai, but The Karate Kid.
59:40 Mark! I've seen it! From the complaints that I've heard and read, they're just whining about details that shouldn't matter in a movie or other poppycock nonsense! It's a good, fun movie! 🎉😊
Julian Dennison was in Godzilla vs Kong. He was with Millie Bobby Brown and Bryan Tyrie Henry in the movie.
I’m definitely liking to see Marketas hair growing out. You look very nice with longer hair just saying
They actually made a Super Duper Cut of Deadpool 2
11:52 Remember in the first movie, he said his stash of Devil’s Dandruff/coke was under the floorboards right next to the cure for blindness lmao 💀
42:59 Mark! Oh! "Trader Joe's" not "Arby's"! Hmm. Have I ever seen one, even if just by driving or riding by one? 🤔 I know that I've never been to one or inside one.
9:59 Legit one of the most brutal killings ever, Wade actually held him to feel him die....
You guys need to watch X-Men '97 so bad, it's amazing 😭
It's crazy how obsessed Ryan has been with Hugh Jackman wolverine even from beginning now he's finally in Deadpool 3.😂
Yeah Deadpool 2 is also my favorite. Quite underrated.
I personally loved the Green Lantern movie when I watched it as a kid, it was my first time hearing of the character and green lantern is still one of my favorite DC heroes to this day
8:03 I double-taked so hard I think I got whiplash
CONGRATULATIONS MARKETA 🎉
37:18 is also an X-Men Wolverine reference; where Wade dodged/deflected all the bullets with that blade swinging move. In this movie he just got shot multiple times which is realisically what would happen...
That baby reveal was smooth 😊.
2:56 Mark! Howdy! 🤠 Three gals and one guy this time?! Visually, it would look more balanced to me if he were in the center. 🤔 🤷♂️. But anyway, this is the one that seems to be an homage to "James Bond OO7" movies's opening credits style, but from the Daniel Craig time, without the silhouettes of nude girls. 😮
Sabrina the teenage witch thing at the end is great because one of Ryan Reynolds first roles is as the popular high school guy in the Sabrina the teenage witch movie from the 90s
I just saw Deadpool 3 in theaters. You guys are gonna hate yourselves if you don’t make watching it your top priority
