I started taking responsibility for my health in my early 20s. I stopped drinking - have not had one single drink since 1987, no cigarettes since 1993, I've had excellent nutrition and exercise. I have seen the amazing results for years, but now that I'm heading towards age 65, my efforts have paid off tremendously. I look and feel much better than 99% of my contemporaries. And now with all these new developments in knowledge, I benefit still. Something not mentioned by most practitioners too often is faith though. I'd be nowhere without my study of the Bible, years of pursuing that knowledge trumps everything.

I would just like to thank you for your courageous efforts in keeping us all healthy and young if possible. I am sure that your grandmother is really proud of you now. I have been following you for several years now and find that Your explanation of your research is down to earth and clear especially for a nonscientist. I truly do hope that when you come out with formulas for the rest of us to take they will be available to all at an affordable price as you have said you would in past talks. NMN sounds very promising. Keep up the great work looking forward to all of your talks and podcast and once again I👏Applaud you

David, please do an episode on bodybuilding and aging the trade off. Often times we want to gain muscle but do not want to activate Mtor and increase aging.

Thank you thank you David Sinclair and co host for speaking so clear for us that are not on the scientific world. I was a mother at 44 years so my interest in keeping alive with my best quality possible as long as i can is a huge wish so i can share with my child many things in his adulthood. Hope as what you say, devices and everything else will be more accesible for us in the future, but we can start with what´s in our hands and that i have been reading/listening over the last years and it´s what you talked about on your episode 2 which i loved too. I´m excited for the next episodes!!!!!

Absolutely amazing. This was more than I had hoped for, so much fantastic, mind blowing information. I cannot wait to be able to test my biological age affordably and often. I am very much looking forward to the subsequent episodes and the upcoming book! Thank you Dr. Sinclair for taking the time out of your very busy schedule to make this happen for all of us, this is truly a gift!

I am facinated on how much science has developed so far about aging and so enthusiastically about researching it.

What a great way to go around the mainstream medical establishment and present the greatest research in real time directly to the common man. Your research is benefiting mankind at speeds unheard of, and imagined by the mainstream. The "mainstream" is withering from old age.

Much love n respect for Dr Sinclair whose theory on cell information loss driving aging corresponds with universal entropy n disorder which is pushing cosmological age.. also great respect for prof. Yamanaka.. these people are the true rare gems. thank you!

Complicated topic, I need to spend more time on it but you guys did a wonderful job explaining it to someone with no background. I was pretty skeptical on this idea and a lot of doctors online are too. All they need to do is listen to your podcast and they will have the background to understand. The better grip the average Joe has on this the better we will have of explaining it to those that don’t want to listen or simply not that interested and are kind of caught up in lifestyles that are killing them rapidly. This springs so much hope for my child’s generation, we can try to extend the life and the quality of it for those that are here with this knowledge and let us live out the rest of our life with a higher quality, by my child’s generation or his children’s children we’re going to see some really serious changes with this knowledge. I wish I could peek into the future 200 years from now then again at 1000 and 2000. We may survive this planet yet, all we need to do is stop killing our own through things like the poverty plate lack of healthy and hygienic sleeping conditions materialism and capitalism. If a rich person can build a brand new house after 15 years and tear down the old one why are we sticking people in homes so old they have mold, toxic mold? Greed… The root of all evil. When someone believes they deserve more than others because they have been fed the idea we injure our own species and ensure our demise. You can’t exactly blame the planet for trying to purge us now can you, not if we can’t get our shit together.
