    - I "do" like how Artful Dodgers did the Element transmission sideways, allowing the kit/RTR buyer to (still use their stock trans., without having to buy another, different transmission... A HUGE PLUS !!!! 👌
    - And their winch mount location, is really a great opportunity to keep the winch-servo "weight" in a more central spot !!! 👍

Just an observation, when you are talking about flipping the transmission the transmission is already installed in the flipped orientation. Default orientation is with the gearcover closest to the rear axle.

Good looking kits there! I think you'll find the ride looks much better once you get the electronics and battery installed. The Sendero HD was my first crawler and I've become a big fan of the Element platform. The shocks are great, the rigs are light & quiet, nice overdrive from the factory stealthx transmission, and nice steering angle out of the box. I went with the Northwest Scaler Designs Element rails for my truck (partly because he's local to me and supports our local comp scene). It's amazing what some geometry improvements can do for overall performance and composure. Looking forward to this series and your driving impressions of these chassis kits 👍. The TGH kit looks like it comes with the Gspeed G-MP panhard mount. That mount has been fantastic and durable on my C1 truck

    - Matt, if you really like the Artful Dodgers LCG Chassis, you need to check-out the 2-chassis' from **"3DRAP"** !!! 🤔 They have a very similar LCG Chassis, called the "WOLF Chassis", which is (slim) -from top of shock-towers, down to the belly.
    - Also their (deeper) LCG Chassis, called the "FIZZY Chassis", would actually fit your ELEMENT Shocks... - much better !!! 🤔 It is designed specifically "for" this type, (your type) of application on this video !! 😀
Plus they have a couple color options for (all the necessary parts, like the belly, the side-plates to mount rock-sliders, battery tray, extra rear or front winch-mount, and (front & rear mounts) - for both bumpers !!! 😯 There is "NO SKIMPING" HERE, on 3DRAP's LCG CHASSIS(S) !!!!
    - A BUYER GETS EVERY NEEDED/NECESSARY PART, AND THEY COME IN (2-COLORS), A VERY NICE LIGHTER-TONE OF "BLUE", AND YOUR BUDDY [JOSH'S FAVORITE]... "ORANGE" !!! SO CHECK-OUT THEIR LINK AT :
    - FOR LCG CHASSIS (AND) PC LOGI-TECH/SIMULATION EQUIPMENT,
AS WELL : **(WWW.3DRAP.IT.COM)** ...YOU ALL, ARE WELCOME !! 😁👌

That Artful Dodgers chassis is awesome. That winch mount goes inside/behind the servo brace up front - hence slightly narrower. Great solution. The servo is hanging as low as possible in front of the trans and the line runs through the hole on top of the lay-down steering servo 🙂 But I noticed something: Do you need to get that inverse shaft for the Artful Dodgers trans mount if you have overdrive, since it is rotated? I may have been crawling with OD in the rear! Shame on me!

My daughters Gatekeeper has some of the Artful dodger bits on it and have performed great. I’m just wondering if spending the little extra and get a Phoenix straight axle kit and this for more performance or should I stay with the Elements for my third build. 🤔

To build from scratch or to modify an RTR or existing truck. That is the question. Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and, by opposing, end them? (I may have read that somewhere.) I say if you aren’t going to use any existing electronics, then it it is better to start with a kit. Otherwise I think it is easier and faster to modify an already built truck.
The Titan looks very svelte. But that ride height does need to be fixed. Will lighter springs works once you have electronics in and a body on?

I REALLY LOVE YOUR VIDEO'S. BUT IN THIS ONE YOU SHOWED A VW BODY IN THE PICTURE WHICH MADE ME CLICK ON YOUR VIDEO. I LOVE VW BODY'S FOR TWO REASON'S. MAINLY LOOK'S AND EASY ROLL OVER'S. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO MENTION THE BODY AND WHERE YOU GOT IT SOME WHERE IN THE VIDEO. I'M NOT COMPLAINING, JUST A THOUGHT FOR YOUR FUTURE VIDEO'S. I'M WORKING ON A MINI ROBOT DRIVER WITH FULL ARTICULATION, AND NO SEAMS AT THE JOINT'S. I'M TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE HIM STEP OUT OF MY TRUCK, WALK AROUND, AND GET BACK ON HIS OWN WITH OUT USING TRACKS. IT WILL BE PROGRAMMED TO MY RADIO, OR A PRE PROGAM SETTING. I DON'T HAVE A COMPUTER. I DON'T LIKE THEM, BUT I CAN USE MY DAUGHTER'S TO SEND YOU A VIDEO WHEN I'M DONE WITH IT. LOVE YOUR SCALE BUILD VIDEO'S. THANK YOU.

why would you bothering buying the kit when your only using 3 parts of it? In fact why even mention it really? Just buy some links, the trans and whatever seperate or even use aftermarket parts... sometimes you make no sense. And obviously most of your builds are way out of range for us especially since you get almost everything for free... thanks for being on the same level as the rest of us that actually have to pay for our stuff.

Thanks for watching and I appreciate your comment. I understand that I get a lot of things for free, which is the result of thousands of hours building and filming content for hobbyists like yourself to watch and hopefully entertain you. Sometimes I'm going to show you things that might not be practical, but will inspire you to think outside the box. A lot of my builds focus on budgets, especially the budget build off series, so I am very mindful of the fact that this hobby can be expensive.

Wow I literally just put together the builders kit 2 the other day. Loved the whole build but my god those yellow gear box gears! I almost gave up on the whole thing as it was near impossible to get the screws into them even with loads of grease. I mangled a bunch of the screws trying to get them in, ended up drilling them out and dremeled the screws holes larger to get what screws I had left over into them... ugh.

I put the same kit together last month, same exact complaint. I ended up stripping one of the small screws but luckily it was in enough it cleared everything in the gearbox. Send a complaint to ELelemnet, they should never have cheaped out and stopped including the aluminum gears from the BK 1

@@maritimezombie7684Well it's good to know it wasn't just me suffering with these damned things too. I will certainly get in contact with Element about them. It caused me so much frustration and it ruined one of my allen tools in the process. Its all great once its together mind you but damn, they must be using one of the hardest plastics known to man for those things!

I like the content of the channel. I even tune into the live events when I can. So I'm a fan of dune beetles, but not of the Sandworms of Arrakis. That's a long stretch for a Dune joke just to say. "I 100% got click baited by that sweet sweet bug body." Still a good video and entertaining to watch and hope you use that beetle body for this build.
