Two mutual professionals relating to each others pain.
Mutual professionals? Did this seem deep when you wrote it?
@@seanwebb605 There's always that one buzzkill. Beat it.
@@TimSlee1You tell ‘em!!!
@@Silencer796 Yeah, screw him! But I did write that comment at 4am tbh.
@@TimSlee1 lol they started first, you have no blame, though their comment makes no sense.
House was always willing to bare his soul to his patients; much more so than his friends.
It's a little easier to reveal something personal to someone when you don't have to see them every Monday morning.
Nah, some people see House for who he is whether he's willing or not
He controlled his employees and his 'friends' were manipulative (such as when House came off Vicodin and they were trying to control his emotional reactions)
He talked to people he related to not those he surrounded himself with, there was always a difference
Hell he even briefly talked with foreman when he was in excruciating pain.. more so out of necessity but still
its not baring your soul when you dont hold so much value in it.
@@rafewheadon1963He must have held some value in it if he did it in the first place. Nihilism says he didn’t hold any value in it. He’s done this so many times with patients that it’s impossible for him not to find value in it.
That’s such a hard line
“It makes us great, it makes us the best, all me miss out on is everything else”
That’s still just the coolest ending ever in an episode 😊
With Louis Armstrong, you can't go wrong.
It's as wholesome and uplifting as the show ever got, I think.
"I'm in pain."
"Aren't we all?"
Someone who finally understands
So far, the only person who got to house with the facts of truth. It was good to see him (House) truly be forced to look at himself and see the admission on his face and in his silence. Truly brilliant acting.
*Checks phone* "Phone works"
Underrated
The “warm and fuzzy” part got me 😂
He's wrong. This isn't all House has. A man of his talents can do nearly anything. But he gets bored easily. And boredom holds the door open for depression. A new mystery with high stakes every week gives him focus. The reason he doesn't have someone waiting for him at home is because he's a jerk, not because he's brilliant, but that's a whole other video.
the patient wasn't saying that he and house can only *do* one thing, he was saying they only *want* to do one thing. the one thing that actually makes them feel alive. the only thing that makes getting out of bed in the morning feel like its actually worth doing.
@@blakes8901 Hmm. I guess I missed that. Then I suppose the difference between them is Harry Lennix finds meaning and fulfilment in what he does and House finds escape. Harry Lennix's character loves what he does. While House sees it as a means to an end. Distraction from pain, nice big paycheck, and stakes that really matter.
Related to much to this one
Make that video please. I wanna hear your take.
But... that was my take. How could I expound in a way that would not seem obvious to someone who had already seen the show?
He knew if he died, he'd wake up in the Matrix.
Dude getting to manage this channel must be the best thing ever
True. A dream job.
This is one of my favorite episodes. It did such a great job of deepening the thought process and background on House with an interesting case as well.
That one thing is so important, and no one can take it away.
Beautiful ending, as always.
A friendship born from respect of their all encompassing passions. ❤
Assault, nah it was a friendly exchange between two young men!
Actually really like this one. He and House have a mutual understanding that I think works really well especially at the end.
Real ones know that’s Harold Cooper.
He wasn't lying when it's over it's over
Check out Band from TV. Hugh Laurie and Jesse Spencer are two great musicians. Proceeds donated to charity and looked like they were having a fun time with other actors.
HOT HOT HOT actors loaded with talent. House was one of the best, if not THE BEST, show at that time.
Ah Cooper used to play trumpet before the fbi

lmao was looking for this comment glad someone else seen it too
@@ChrisTian-sd5yq the blacklist mate

He went to defend Zion from the machines!
As we can see Commander Lock has entered the Matrix again and has chosen to be a saxophonist
It’s crazy that original DC plans was for Harry Lennix to cast as Martian man hunter
I'm a triple brain hemorrhage survivor caused by an AVM when I was 15

"Please let me die. We got this crazy crime boss at work who constantly kills people and talks only to Elizabeth Keen, and I don't want to work with him anymore"
Such a powerful scene.. 4:16
Doctor doesn’t want to be shaved
song name from beginning
Is that BRANDY?
Say jazz hands if u like jazz
There's a huge difference between D.N.R. and do not TREAT.
There is no such thing as "do not treat." You can and will be TREATED until you need resuscitation. The scariest thing is long-term tube feeding.
He is still feeling guilty about inventing SkyNet
& also about allowing Liz to die, & getting stuck raising her kid until she’s grown enough & moves out lmao poor Harold
Think you got him mixed up with Joe Morton
The music 🎶 was in my 2 movie haoild and Kumar
