DRUM COVER | Rush - Subdivisions

I’ve been a huge Rush fan for almost 10 years now, and Neil Peart has always been my biggest drumming inspiration. But I was never at the skill level to cover a Rush song and do it justice, until now. I’ve studied this song for an entire week. Listening to it constantly, and playing and recording it dozens of times, each time getting just 1% closer to perfection. I am no Neil Peart, but this take is 99% note for note. I’ve never concentrated harder on learning something in my life (not even in my college classes) Learning this song has broken me out of a plateau of progress and I’m so proud of myself.
