    Remarkable thing about Masale Bhat is it is cooked WITHOUT onion or garlic.

      This dish is a preparation generally cooked on Puja events or such auspicious events when only satvik food is cooked. There are many more such dishes which do not contain onion and garlic but taste superb.

    Sanjeev ji plz try once with indrayani rice (type of rice)for masalebhat. It gives village taste. This receipe is also good but our method is very different.

    मसाले भात बनाते समय जो तडका देते है उसमे राई के साथ १-२तेजपान के पत्ते, दालचिनी का तुकडा, लौंग और काली मिर्च जिसे मराठी मे मिरे कहते है ये चिजे भी डाली जाती है, जिससे मसाले भात और स्वाद और भी बढियाँ होता है. और ये चिजे मराठी रेसिपीमे भी आवश्यक मानी जाती है.

    Sanjev ji aap tarika khana banane ka very easy lagthe hai aur bahut Swedish bhi lathe hai.. mein aap ki bahut sare video dekhe bhi hai
    Ek question hai mera aap chawal ko sikdha packages se bol mein bhigothe hai phir wahan se aap pakane lagthe hai. Dawat chawal ko wash nahi kiya karethe hai aap. Aise dallon ke sath bhi dhekha hai. Why

    Sanjeevji...i have been viewer of your recepees since my teenage..masala bhaat contains ..lots of tej pan, cloves, black pepper, dalchini, whole penauts, elichi...& Goda msaala in large quantity....its feature of masala bhaat. It adds good taste. Your way of exlaination is very easy. Nice to see maharashtrian dish 👍👍👌

    You killed this dish. In Vidarbha region masale bhat is distributed in tons of quantity on Sant Gajanan Maharaj Pragat din in every small,big town & village , some time you come here, I promise the simple food will be lifetime experience for you. You will love it as a chef.

    TRADITIONALLY Masale bhat is made from Kolam rice and not Basmati rice.

    rule 1 : do not use basmati rice for masala bhat.
    Either use Surati Kolam or use Wada Kolam or Indrayani rice

      Chef Sanjeev Kapoor is a celebrity chef. But doesn’t know how to cook so many dishes from especially the southern region of India. He sometimes behaves as an ambassador of basmati rice. I have heard him saying that khichadi is eaten by people all over India, but the fact is that it is not prepare in the Kerala

    Achhi recipe hai, but jinko original maharashtriyan Masale Bhaat ki recipe dekhni hai, vo log 'Anita Kedar's Recipe or Madhura's Recipe marathi ye 2 channel par search kare. Bahot achhi recipe hai unki.

    waise to be genuine, Goda masale ka koi replacement ho Hi nahi sakta for this authentic aromatic recipe...

    Sanjeevji,In your receipt of Khaman kakdi you are adding crushed roasted peanuts,but most my family who come from Poona area they always use roasted crushed Dalia(roasted Chan’s;peeled)
