All those guys criticizing Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, you all bark too much without knowing what he is known for. Let me stop u all guys from barking around. He was the first person to empower women to be confident enough to show their cookery skill. He was the one who brought cooking into limelight in India when people saw chefs as low standard people as well as their jobs. His main motive was not to be extremely skilled at cooking and keep the secrets within himself but to share every knowledge whatever he learnt with everyone and show the world that women in India who were seen as housemaids to cook at home to bring it to a new level. He was the one to change the whole scenario of cooking in India. That's why I have so much respect for him.

I think there should be yogurt n birasta oil too.. And the spices added in rice while layering it can be go during blanching the rice
And this is not typical Hyderabad style.. Mix of both hyd n Lucknow style.. Bcoz kevra rose it's from there
