Dude, I made this and it was the most delicious thing that has come from my hands. I couldn't believe the rich and complex flavor from the raw spices used (instead of ready-made masala), the special punch from kewra water, the complex texture from the different vegetables and cashews and right amount of yogurt. Heavenly, it's a 1000x better than all my previous pulao which used stereotypical methods and spices which ends up tasting dull and basic. It was better than any Indian restaurant. Your ability really shines through when you make classic Indian dishes as that is your specialty. Thanks! One note: Because of the storytelling mode, it is really difficult to use it when cooking as the key shots of putting ingredients in food need to be searched for and I end up missing things and rewind several times. I don't know the perfect solution for this but it would help if a 'short' video showing just the camera shots of putting things in was made as well so people can use it when cooking.

But you have not used moong. Is there any pulav with moong? Also, a request sir - like you told in the beginning of this video, cutting and chopping at times get very boring. Hi. ..in my opinion garlic wont go well in masala pulao.... Garlic is more suited for chinese style rice or in Maharashtra we have fodni cha bhaat
