I got sleeved on 8/2/21 and I initially lost 70 pounds. I have since put back on 20 pounds. Still the best decision I have ever made. I would recommend this to anyone looking to lose weight. I just need to get back my intense laser focus that I had back when I first had surgery.

Can I just take a Multivitamin instead of buying numerous vitamins?
A regular multivitamin isn't enough. There are plenty of bariatric multivitamins available. For instance Celebrate or Pro Care. The are many others
