I was told that I had to take the b vitamins sublingually because the stomach will not be able to absorb them. So I'm a little confused by this video.

I was told forever. I was recommended a specific Bariatric Vitamin that's available on Amazon. It supposedly has all the necessary vitamins in one pill. since Im 4 days post-op I have not had the drive to double check the contents, since the print is also smaller than my old eyes will read LOL.
