Reducing Exacerbations in COPD

If a triple treatment will help to improve.. but same time puts me at risk of getting pneumonia... do not see the benefit !!.. Rater stay with the double option... keeping away the danger of getting pneumonia.

I agree! Is less harmful a COPD Exacerbation than a pneumonia! I will stay prescribing LAMA/LABA.
