I wish I had this video during my didactic year in PA school but I am also thankful that it was published during my clinical year. I finally Finally FINALLY understand what a COPD is!!!! (even looking at UpToDate baffled me at times). Zach, you truly have a gift of teaching and I really appreciate that you are more than happy to share this treasured talent to the world. We can only educate and treat our future patients better if we ourselves understand what is going on with the body (both our own and our patients') using the most simplest words, and you help us to do just that. Thank you so much ❤

Ive been having chest tightness and wheezing out of nowhere… its gone on for a few months. Went to pulmonologist did spirometry tests and also ordered hypersensitivity pneumonitis test as well as mold allergen test… all came back normal. Xray normal… when dr’s listen to my lungs they say my lungs are clear. 3 months now ive had the sensation like im congested and just cant get anything out. I have zero cough tho. I have no idea what to do but almost 4 months miserable.

@@NinjaNerdOfficial Ninja Nerd, you do extraordinary work explaining complex medical ideas, but let’s talk about principles to gauge Reality which is far less complex. How would you prove robot has consciousness using empirical data. How do you prove to blind man what color red is using empirical data. In theory, robot can be programmed to move its hand when it touches hot surface. How do I know its having the experience of hot using test tube(Deduction/induction). The only thing i am certain of is that i have experience of hot. This experience can only come from entity that can already experience existence (Allah-one/indivisible/self-sufficient/unique/All-Loving infinite perfection). If you cannot prove your own consciousness using “scientific method”, then how can you reject the existence of Perfect/infinite metaphysical being(Allah)? “Cogito ergo sum”( I think therefore I am) should be read as “cogito ergo est”(I think therefore Allah is).
