Yesterday, I had my oral exam, and all I could remember was from your videos. You are such an idol. Thank God you exist and keep on doing this great job. You give lectures in a logical way, and the order of the ideas is awesome in a way that stays in the brain quickly. Love you so much. my doctors were so satisfied thanks to u.
It takes so much of your hardwork and efforts to make us understand the concept in so simpler way, you are so much great sir, you have transformed me so much, i respect you a lot sir, you a god in human form for me 🙌🙏❤
Thanx for info.going through my own issues including surgeries and procedures.i realize the doctors don't have time to school me.and that's where I find you videos helpful.
Amazing video! As someone who works in radiation oncology i see a lot of patients with pleural effusion and sometimes cardiac effusion ,and if it is worst scenario, sometimes both effusions as result of pulmonary malignancy... Great video for me and for my students to explain them differences in short notes....
Can you please make a video about a traumatic pneumothorax. Had a dry needling session done that caused me a small pneumothorax and i have not been the same since.
And is there any hope for the future of this. Am i prone to more in the future . All my drs told me that i have nothing to worry about but i still have chest pain . One year later . Does this ever heal ?
At around minute 53 you mentioned “ type-I respiratory failure”. What is it? How many types are there? What are the differences? Why is it important to know? Could you please elaborate?
Can asthma cause alot of fluid inside the lungs. Feels like i cant get a full breath. Feels different the my regular asthma. Ive had it most of my life. This feels different. Thanks
I just love this man. Thanks for making my medlife enjoyable and more meaningful.

For pneumothorax, would it be tympany on percussion or hyper-resonance?
Hyper resonant
At around minute 53 you mentioned “ type-I respiratory failure”. What is it? How many types are there? What are the differences? Why is it important to know? Could you please elaborate?
Type 1 is hypoxia
Type 2 is hypoxia with hypercapnia (High CO2) which can lead to different complications like acidosis
Type 3 atelectasis peri-OP
Type 4 Shock
Thnk you proff❤
37:32 I think you mean to say that PCWP is high, not low.
