    When I was younger I used to sit on my two legs with my knees folded like the girl in the video. Did not know the benefits of it, we were sitting that way sometimes. But the first one I also did that myself ( not knowing it’s beneficial for knees pain until now, ) when I put my fingers in to the spot after a few minutes it felt like the heat runs down my leg to my ankle. I doing it quite often and thank you for the lesson😊

    For both knees is it on the right side or for the left knee should we do this on the left leg?

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  2 года назад

      Hi Rakhi! 🙂
      Thanks for your comment! The demonstration of our osteopressure technique in this video is only helpful for your right knee. If you suffer from knee pain in your left leg, you should perform it on the left side, too. 💪🙂 Also, even if your left leg is not painful, we still recommend you to practise our exercises for both sides as they can help prevent further discomfort! If you need further guidance or help, just contact us again or have a look at our informative article on knee pain. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-kneepain We hope you can help yourself naturally and take care of your health! 🙏🙂 Please update us on your progress!

    I have swelling and pain in my left knee. Can i do this exercise?

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  3 года назад

      Hi there! 🙂
      Thanks for your comment! If you suffer from aching and swollen knees, you can certainly do these exercises to relieve your pain, reduce the swelling, and treat the underlying cause of your suffering. 💪 Just remember to go slow and steady, and always aim to reach a nine on your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 (a ten is just too painful and you have to tense up, but a nine is an intense pain that still allows you to breathe calmly). Remembering this pain scale ensures that these exercises are performed effectively, but you're not worsening your pain. 🙏 Try to practise daily and perform each exercise phase for 2 mins for real results. Please let us know how you get on!
      Best wishes

    Hello great video , is there any danger for the knees tendons in this position

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  3 года назад +1

      Hi Stuart,
      thanks for your question! 🙏 If you remember your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 as a guide when rolling, pressing, and doing our stretches, there shouldn't be any danger for your knee tendons. Just go slow and steady and always aim at working at level 9 on this scale (nine means: You feel intense pain, but you can still breathe calmly during the exercise and do not have to tense up.). 💪🙂 In our five pillars of practice at the end of this article you can find further tips on how this pain scale works and how to perform our exercises correctly. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-ceknee

    Are these rxercises suitable for lateral miniscus tear?

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  3 года назад

      Hi Liz! 🙂
      Thanks for your question! Usually, these exercises should be suitable for lateral meniscus tear. Unfortunately, we can't and must not properly evaluate your individual case from a distance. Consequently, we recommend you to check in with your physician before you attempt any of the exercises (just as a precaution). 🙏🙂

      Hi there,
      we're sorry to hear that you're suffering so badly from knee pain. 😥 We know that being in pain all day seriously affects your daily activities, also for your dog. 😞🐶. To improve the quality of life for both of you and reduce your pain sustainably, please try our simple yet highly effective exercises that help relax any built-up tension in your muscles and fasciae and relieve your pain quickly and naturally! 🙂💪 If you're not able to do our exercises properly at first, it doesn't matter at all. Just stretch as far as possible. 🙂 Even if it feels like it's impossible at the beginning and you're barely getting anything of the exercise done, it's a good start. Try to stretch a bit further every time you repeat them. Your body will get used to that stretch and make fast progress! 💪😊 So you'll soon be able to do this exercise better and relieve your pain quickly and easily! 💪
      We've also got some other great and effective exercises that don't require you to get down on your knees. Check out this article to find them at the bottom, in addition to useful information on the causes, symptoms, and treatment options of knee pain. 🙂👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-kneepain
