My left knee has been weak and painful for several months. I bought new shoes a few days ago. The pain has drastically reduced so I can only assume that my old worn shoes had caused an imbalance in my walking posture. I know that I drive off the left leg more than my right so the sole and heel would be more worn. This massage is also going to help a lot - Thanks.

I really need to do these knee acupressure exercises but my hands/fingers also has mild osteoarthritis so I find it difficult to stretch or apply any pressure with the fingers. Thank you this is brilliant. I knew about the eyes of the knees as I used ashi points when I practiced shiatsu but have never used the two upper points. I also do the massage on my knees as they often feel cold. Also swinging my legs back and forward from the knees when standing but never thought to do it while lying in my back ❤ So important to look after knee joints when we spend so much time sitting.

Dear LuChin - In a light bicylcel accident I had to ram my left leg into the ground to prevent a fall on the street. I guess my upper and lower leg had a hard hit, or maybe even stretched in wrong directions. I have a swolen knee front and backside for a week now and my foot ancle is als swolen on the inside (looks like water?) Your exercise helped me with the pain. I have to practice it several times a day. Do you have a thought on how to get rid of the extra liquid in the foot ancle? Adam - from Germany.

Yes, there is nothing worse than flat shoes if you have this condition. You need a little bit of lift to help relieve it 👣👣
