It was a young guy with very strong hands and he would concentrate at this point on my legs as I was working long hours in a shipyard. His pressure was what is sometimes called "exquisite pain". I miss those days - no Chinese massage near me in Scotland.
I did this at 10am this morning. Soon as I went to the toilet, fed my cats, and turned on my phone, you're video popped up. It really hurt, but when I finished, calm feeling came over my body, that must mean, that I really need this in my life each morning. Your voice is calm and soothing. I did a google search for pressure point for nausea and found this. Im fighting off some kind of stomach bug. This really helpped!! Ive had mild nausea all day and now its gone, but not only that, I feel great! Now I just need to find a pressure point for the sinuses and for headaches because that is where the virus is attacking me. Its noght time, I did not know this would give me energy but I dont care, I feel much better.

For now, look up these points for sinuses: - YingXiang point (receiving fragrance) - Yin Tang point (the hall of impression - Baihui point (hundreds convergence) - He Gu point(union valley) - Feng Chi point (wind pool) And check out the following two videos, these points are mentioned in the videos, although they weren’t specific for sinuses. I then saw this video and tried it for 5 minutes just like you said; my legs feel warm like I can feel the blood flowing and my stomach feels calm. I work with my Meridians daily & do chigong daily but nothing has healed me yet & one of the injuries is on my knee, ill use my other leg & use ths often & Yes its a apple🍎a daily keeps the Doc away lol, oh i wish you was healing me know.
