      Mucus, chills, flu, fever, unproven viruses and other so-called conditions are simply acids leaving the body. These exercises enhance their exit and help the body free itself.     Thank you very much - I appreciate that you go through all 36 movements and not proceed to the next explanantion - which would make me having to jump all the time to press the pause button. Together is wonderful. The exercise feels very good!

      Hi Aetherea! That could be many reasons, perhaps a sign of qi and blood stagnation, endocrine system imbalance … may be a good idea to seek help from a traditional Chinese medicine doctor?
