The post office bosses are yet to play the trump card that will ensure they wont see a day in a cell. It wont happen in public view and we wont be told a thing about it but it will, as always, prove the existence of the two tier justice system and that card is "The old school tie network"

Remember “Yes, prime minister “; never start inquiry unless you know the outcome. This inquiry will last for years until everybody forgets that even started. It will end up under Westminster carpet as all others did. Amen

Um, if we could get non-motorist jurors to sit on a jury when a motorist is being tried for manslaughter, or higher, we would get a greater conviction rate. Same could be said for high profile cases like this one. First, try to convince the Bar Standards Board that action is both warranted and in the public interest. Then observe the fall of shot.

@@jukeseyable It is nice to get your comment. I see those you mention have great reviews. Good for them.
My sisters and i were stitched up in our fathers will by our fathers long term solicitor of 40 years. It is hard for us to imagine how this man could have done all the things he did. His fellow executor got RPC (negligence) solicitors onto us to try and frighten us off. They seem to be nothing but corporate bully bodyguards. Other barristers i approached for advise spoke to us arrogantly and with contempt. I came to the conclusion that they would ask for the name of those involved on the pretence of 'conflict of interest' check, but then would call them up and ultimately decide how to handle me. Really, i called up the chambers and even the clerks were rude in their manner. I may sound paranoid to you but the solicitor who defrauded us has a cousin who is a judge and so probably has big F..r..ee..m...a....s......ry connections. Staff in their probate registry seem to protect this solicitor, as well helping cover up for him in non compliance with a court order. That is my experience of the legal world sadly.

If a person "refuses" to remember, that is to say, " admit" something, then they must accept that any reasonable interpretation based on documentation is likely to be the truth.

It’s not enough to point to individuals like this CEO. Any bonuses during the period in question should be clawed back “automatically.” Also, how did they get their position? Who pulled strings? Who provided the glowing references? Claw them back into the public eye by adding them to hearings. Also, who did the CEO personally hire or push to hire? Were they actually the best qualified or just hacks and no shows. Sweep away this man’s professional gene pool.

I thought lawyers had an overriding obligation to the bar and the courts to see that justice is done, not that their clients win a case which is dubious. I can only presume that Rodric Williams is not a lawyer if he's not aware of that. A lawyer who actively seeks to prevent the CCRC reviewing a potential miscarriage of justice should be expelled from the bar.

On the contrary, it's my understanding that their aim is always to twist the law in favour of whoever is paying them.
Even if they were employed by the worst murderer or sex offender, they'd pull every trick in the book to get them acquitted on a technicality, provided they're rich enough to pay the bill.

This guy Should not be able to practice any law again in the UK. Simply because he should be barred or lose his license. Hopefully, members of the law society are looking at these cases and BAR all legal members of the POL, also these so-called directors should not be allowed to hold any directorships with any company. Or have a job how can any company trust them. Finally, do the POL legal companies get questioned. That will be another farce of lies and blame POL . Thanks John
