Kitchen needs operable windows with screens DONT like dark trim (old style). Good floorplan with a few changes. Nice !
Now that’s a floor plan I can get behind!!! I saw only positive things in that home tour! It’s not too open, and thankfully you can’t see the kitchen from the living room. The French doors off of the dining room were perfect for putting a back porch off of it. And all of the 4 bedrooms are a good size. The family room has that cozy rustic vibe with that handsome wood paneled wall/fireplace. It didn’t feel sterile, and had a very home-like feel to it! I also like the master bath separate from that massive closet. The price for such a large, good-looking home was fantastic!!! Thanks, Chance, that was a home worth seeing!!!

I wouldn't change a thing except for color change on the walls and window/crown molding.
The kitchen has a good layout with the sink, stove and fridge being close to each other. I appreciate how the pantry has space for the toaster and coffee maker so they don’t have to live out in the open and clutter the countertops
Nice home ,love the space ,jack an Jill bathroom , love the separate extra living or family room, I like that there is 3 bathrooms, nice main bedroom snd bath very nice❤
I really love this place and the exterior of it. I love the island in the kitchen area. My most favorite part is the master bathroom with the tub. God bless you and your family.❤❤❤

Beautiful but honestly I would like to swap out the coffee bar pantry with the laundry area. Jyst makes more sense to not have laundry rm so far away from bathrooms and bedrooms, just me😊

I love the dark trim. The different color cabinets in the kitchen are really nice. The 2 shelves on the island make a great spot to show off my cookbook collection. I really like the den area, for me it would make a great library. Great tour Chance and a great home!
I loved the outside but I’m underwhelmed with the trim inside. It’s too narrow and I just don’t like the look. I like that it’s big though. I’d just change the trim
The dark trim makes the walls look short
I agree they're too thin and too dark they need to be white in the walls need to be more of a Sandy beige maybe to make the white trim pop and they need to be thicker like crown molding

Chance! What a gorgeous price on this really, really lovely house. Not only does it have a decent pantry, but three bathrooms! I'm in love! Excited to see more new models :) Just noticed today that we got a home that looks an awful lot like the last one in one of our retailers here in town, think they have Yes! homes. You have me on the lookout, these days!

Some may like the trim dark like that but I don’t. But that’s probably something that can be switched out. Love the kitchen. That tile is cute. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact the den has a shortcut to the kitchen. That is cool. I like the Jack & Jill bathroom with the other bathroom seperate. Keeps company from having to use a bathroom people regularly use if that makes sense. Nevermind. Didn’t realize there was ANOTHER bedroom. But it could be a guest bedroom and they have their OWN bathroom. So still cool. Nice price point also.

I actually bought an appliance because its brand was shown on one of Chance's video.
So long as I can have upper cabinets mounted on the wall at end of the peninsula in the kitchen and a door on the Pantry and get rid of the sliding barn doors and preferably white interior trim I like this home.
There is no window on the end with a door so a person could easily add a garage at that end. That's actually a picture of dinner by the table. I like the 4 drawers in the JnJ bath. I think he was onto something in the main bath. It would look really good with black sinks and that countertop with the black cabinets and maybe gold faucets. That would be rich. Black tub and shower.

This house is certainly not my style, but it is absolutely gorgeous! I wish all the closets had the same attention to detail. (Wood bars and shelves) However, I would give this house and tour an A+!

this is a good one. if the economy was booming this layout would sell like hot cakes. Want to be a cooking RUclipsr or streamer the Kitchen is ready for you to setup and go. the "den" and the Living room can be set up as separate entertainment spaces so the kids can be on one end and the adults on the other. Champion has a good bones with this one.

I like this home and I love the barn doors. I don't especially like the stove in the island or a sink. I like a big island with nothing in/on it. Thanks for showing us thus Chance! Oh and I love love the color of the outside of the home and the black windows!

Overall, love the space, love the floor plan, love most of the choices they made for this house. I would just focus the design a little. As is it was kind of a weird mix of really nice modern design and like a mid 1990's indifference. But overall, one of my favorite single story houses. And as always, still lovin' Chance. Thanks again

I do like a lot about this. A few things I would change. I would take out the little cabinet to make 2 more sitting spaces at the counter. Change the backsplash, make the kitchen windows open and somehow put in a small hallway so the master bedroom door is not right there off the main living room. But overall, I like this one.

The main bedroom closet is a good size, and I like the jack and jill bathroom and the main bedroom tub, but I prefer my pantry to be closed in, and I would prefer to use the den as a dining room, since I like having a more formal and private area to dine. There are things that I really liked about this one, but there were things that I don't think would work for me. Overall, interesting home.

Louie, get the warranty co to give you a written statement about trying to get the inspection. You can take legal action sue to the dealership service dept failing to take the required steps to do the repairs process.
A lot of times, the barn doors are actually an option that you have to pay extra to get.
I believe that what that kitchen has is a peninsula as it is attached to the wall. An island is free floating like, well an island. Nice pantry, easy access. I'm not in a wheelchair at home ...yet, but I look to the future when looking at floorplans, not that we could afford, or need a big house like this. Finally a kitchen with space for cookbooks. Some kitchens have what appears to be shelves, but not enough space for an upright cookbook. Can you imagine the fight the kids are going to have if there is only three of them? Two have to share a bathroom, as nice as it is, and the other gets one to themselves except for company or whatever. How do they decide who gets to share and who doesn't? I do like the big closet. Doesn't seem to have much storage although you do have a nice size laundry room to hold brooms and vacuums. I don't particuraly like the stove in the peninsula but it had to go somewhere. Nice house overall.

I Think I'd like this with white trim on the inside better. The kitchen needs more upper cabinets and I think I would have some mounted on the wall at the end of the peninsula.
Loving the compartmentalizing rooms more. I’m old school. Don’t care for a lot of their design choices in the model, but all that can be changed. Floor plan is nice, and I love it. I might have missed this. Does the ceiling height come in at 9 ft opt? This is a Wow!
Yes must have Windows that open with screens in the kitchen just like in the master bathroom above the bathtub
