I not thrilled with the 2nd bathroom, the bathtub surround looked a little cheap compared to the rest of the house . I think the inside porch could have been a little smaller to make room for a pantry
I’m obsessed with this one. I use a power wheelchair and those garage doors would be an absolute game changer for being able to get in and around the house. Absolutely love it
As a disabled veteran I love the open flow.. I can see many gatherings of friends and family.. I love the dog washing area great for my service dog.. only thing missing is a big pantry in the kitchen…
Thank you for your service! Retired from Dept of Veterans Affairs after 30+ years. If VA authorizes changes to a bathroom to accommodate a veteran’s needs, the doors always have to be ripped out and widen. Why don’t builders incorporate wider doors is beyond me. It takes forever and VA gets blamed. Would also like to see decks with ramps incorporated as well. Sorry, will get off the band wagon but our severely injured OEF/OIF soldiers needed so many alterations to their homes.
So, a modern-day foxtrot-ish home with a woodstove? Yes. Dog washing station? Yes. Large kitchen with plenty of cabinets, counter space and seating space? Yes. Walk-in tile shower with seat & separate tub? Yes. Dragonfly deck? Yes. No carpet? Yes. Two bedrooms for the kids that are the same size so that have one less thing to argue about? Yes. Oh my goodness, I think I'm in love...LOVE! It's perfect! Thanks for showing this! I think this is my all-time favorite so far! I cannot even handle how much I love the breezeway...so perfect!
This would be perfect for warm country. Put a pool in the back, easy access through the overhead door to a snack area. Only thing missing in this pool access area is an accessible bathroom. I’m not a black house color lover, but this is very nice with the wood accents. I also like the cabinet area in the huge pantry. Overall, it’s beautiful home!
1 thing I noticed and don't think was mentioned, was the design on the ceiling in the kitchen. It was subtle, but looked very elegant. This house definitely knocks it out of the park!
Exactly. By the time you buy the utility hookups, concrete pad ,if you're not going to have the foundation blocks, transport fees, and permits you might as well get your home built or renovate one.
Yes, I agree! Wayyy over price! Purchase a regular house for that price! My goodness! All that money to move it and setup! It's beautiful, but over priced!❤❤❤😊😮😮😮😮
First of all, this home is FAR from a "trailer". (And for the record, the words "trailer" and "mobile home" have not been used since 1972.) This model, as well as all others of similar design, are in fact "modular homes". Modular homes are constructed in sections within a climate controlled building. (To the contrary, it is not unusual for most of the materials used in the construction of stick built homes to be left outside at the building site for weeks -- and sometimes even months -- in the hot sun, rain, snow, ice, mud, etc.) Once completed, each modular section is hoisted by a massive crane onto a flexible transport frame and driven to the final homesite. Another crane will then move each section onto a crawlspace or full basement (yes, despite popular belief, not just stick built homes utilize full basements), where it is attached, leveled and finished. The transport frames are then removed. Once finished, a modular home can never again be moved. While many individuals like to claim that a comparable home of the same square footage and using the exact same quality of flooring, appliances, etc. can be built for less than modulars, reality paints a much different outlook. In fact, a home that includes the same quality of materials, fixtures, plumbing, wiring, flooring, major appliances, etc. would cost SUBSTANTIALLY more in every single category. What most people do not know is that the building codes and regulations for modulars are almost identical to those of stick built construction (and in many categories are even more stringent). Another surprising fact is that modular home financing qualifies for the exact same mortgage lenders as stick built homes. They also appreciate and maintain their value for many years -- sometimes even decades. The same cannot be said of stick built homes. Also, it has been well documented that, during hurricane seasons over the past few years, a large number of modular homes in Florida and Texas remained standing in the high winds and heavy rains with only minimal damage, while several of their stick built neighbors were reduced to piles of rubble. Finally, for those of you who vow to never live in a modular home -- here's hoping you never fly on a mega jet, spend the night in a mega hotel or sail on a mega cruiseship. To do so would be breaking your own ridiculous vow, as all three are now manufactured and constructed using the exact same modular technology as the modular home shown above.
Can you imagine having an outdoor kitchen and in ground swimming pool out back with this outdoor area!!!! I need this in my life. We have a 7k square foot home and are MAJORLY downsizing. This is gonna be a TOP CONTENDER. ❤ thank you for all of the work and research you do!
Chance?? Now you finally showed a house that is worth the wait!! Love the color of ot!! The Inside is stunning!! The Living Room through The Family Room is gorgeous!! The Kitchen, Laundry, Bedrooms and Bathrooms are very versatile!! Thank 😊 For Sharing This Winner To Your Viewers!!😊
I'm not sure how I feel about the garage doors in the middle of the house but I do love the wood burning stove that is in there. I also love the deck. I need that deck in my life.
OMG, I told my hubby you looked as if you were going to cry and I could see your mind whirling with "man cave" ideas!!! You did a great job!!! I'm shocked it didn't have a pantry. My husband and I are looking mainly for a single-section home. Kids are grown and we want to downsize. I hope you at least get the woodstove and flip-up window for your cave. You reminded me of a kid on Christmas day.
This is a house that needs to be on the ultimate private property with trees, views and just first class everything. If ya get it don’t cut corners buy it loaded. I can’t afford it but I love it. The family room is great the doors , the wood stove, everything. The only thing I would need to go with it is a wife. Someone to share it with. Great video Chance
❤ I'm widowed and definitely single although not by choice. That was GOD'S PLAN that my late husband's time was through and GOD NEEDED him in HEAVEN 🙏 Hope you had a good Valentine's Day ❤️GOD BLESS YOU 🙏🙏🙏
Cool. I’d rather a husband tho bro 😂😂😂. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ This house is so VERY masculine. 💪💪💪 All it’s missing is a big huge hot tub on that deck. 💯💯💯 Whew 😮💨
Thank you for the video. This house is amazing! I’ve never been able to own my own home my husband passed away after getting injured in Afghanistan and we have 3 kids. Im trying to get us a house that we can feel comfortable in. It’s perfect it’s got so much space it doesn’t look like a manufactured home. My teenagers could feel good inviting people over. They’ve never been able to have friends over so I’m praying we can get something just like this!
I hope you get your home. My husband and I are raising grandkids in a very small 2 bedroom (if you wanna call them that) shack, we've never owned a house, the house we have was the house he grew up in, wasn't built to live in 50yrs and is falling around us. I want something we can call our forever home and our grandsons can feel comfortable having friends over.
Beautiful, beautiful house with just about everything I'm looking for.....but NO PANTRYYYYY???? In a house that size?? Missed your dance, lol! Add a coat closet, I'd buy it tomorrow 😊
The house is absolutely beautiful! But as the wife of an auto mechanic and as someone who has a huge fear of bugs the garage doors would be a big no for me. I would prefer glass french doors. Thank you for showing this gorgeous place!
I love those garage like doors. If you can close the rest of the house off you don’t have to worry about bugs. It’s so unique. I would love to live in a house set up like that.
OMG!!! Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, WHAM!!! I'm totally in love!!! One day Chance God is going to bless me with a HOME and I'm claiming it!!! My this is a beauty!! You out did yourself!!! Thank you!
Absolutely amazing. I want to buy some land in west Virginia and put this house on it. I can see myself drinking coffee on that deck watching the sun riseon the mountains.
You missed the toilet closet in the master bedroom. The only reason that I noticed was because I look for toilet closets because that is one of my favorites. You always do a great job! You have such a nice way about you. I love watching these videos. I have never seen one like this before. Amazing!
My first home was a double wide. I lived in Florida and every hurricane season I had to leave my home due to a storm. They are great starter homes but I am glad I live in a block home on the ground. Pretty home shown.
I've never lived in a mobile home since childhood but the fact that they can be put up quickly just about anywhere you have level ground and can drill a well make some appealing when you want to be away from civilization. No they're not the best in a storm and I wouldn't want to defend one against actual soldiers from someplace else. But realistically most stick-built homes these days are such flimsy trash that you'd be just as well off in a mobile home. I live in a 1937 solid brick house with a poured cement foundation and I would probably survive a tornado striking the house directly. Even the bathroom wall tiles are 4 in thick. It's practically a fortress. But what keeps me safe is that the house just happens to be in a narrow channel in this town that is bypassed by tornadoes--- even ones that are 500 ft away. What people need is one of those underground bubbles that is meant to go into, close the lid and sit out the tornado. I think they cost a couple thousand dollars for the smallest but you could actually dig and build one yourself if all you needed to do was go into it and be protected. Yes your home could be swept away but even my Brick House could have the roof torn off and everything in the house ruined and the garage could be totaled as well. There's a giant oak tree that if it fell on the house could crush in the top so your home can be destroyed no matter what. If you're just wanting to be safe then I would say dig yourself a little Root Cellar-type place just 6 by 8 and just beneath the surface of the ground with a tall air ven. Put a sledgehammer and a shovel in there so if your entire home slid over on top of the shelter you could still dig your way out. But the odds are otherwise you would be as safe living in that mobile home as any modern house long as you had warning of the weather as you would be anywhere. Of course you would have to take weather warning seriously and teach your kids to pay attention to them and check them on the phone when they are in bad weather . But that's true no matter where you live . (You can't fix stupid as the saying goes and tornadoes can smell stupid!) I say that being very safety conscious and very aware of the dangers of mobile homes and storms. Those same concerns very much apply when you're looking at any home built since the 50s-- especially those expensive McMansions in the suburbs. They're practically built of tin foil and matchsticks!
This home has many many things that I would love to have in my old fashioned traditional brick house with wood floors. All the space and all the convenient details. I can't imagine a dog washing station. There are a few design details though that practically scream "mobile home". The super flat window trims make the walls look so thin and flimsy. It would be an illusion to make them thicker but it would be a smart thing to do. Put a false window frame inside if you have to that's just a couple of inches thick so you can put a window sill a couple of inches deep. Although you can't put a cathedral ceiling in the living room, those can look trashy anyway. You don't need one but anything you can do to break up that flat low ceiling is a good idea, including the design feature you already have over the kitchen and dining area. The contrasting trim on the sunroom just highlights the thin look that screams mobile home. And those ugly horizontal rectangular Windows look just like the sunroom on a 1950 Florida bungalow and the only time you see them anywhere else is on a mobile home so you need to get rid of that too. If you're going to put that type of indoor-outdoor room on, you need to find some other way to trim the windows. Fake french doors or anything that has depth. If you buy this mobile home I would say repaint the trim a light color and use thin wooden trim around the windows and so forth to give it a three-dimensional look. It wouldn't have to be traditional or old-fashioned; it would just need to be three-dimensional instead of completely flat and thin. Who knows? Maybe adding that extra wood trim could support it in a windstorm just enough to keep your windows from leaking over the years. Also I think even in the home that's meant to look rustic the brown and black trim on the outside is unattractive. That contrasting light trim is just ugly and nothing you would see on a real rustic home. The trim would usually be darker. You need to study the outside of those and use the standard color combinations so it doesn't scream "mobile home". Not only that you should stick to traditional fake wood floor colors like medium brown wood or natural Oak. These may not show dirt as much but they will go out of style and then any home will look dated. Likewise, the interior should be easy to remodel so very few wall and floor surfaces should be of the kind that can't be resurfaced or repainted. If this home had all those things that way I would probably buy one just so I could have a home way out in the country. I love my city home but I can't stand being this close to other people and all of the city noises have gotten very tiresome. What would it be like to have a garden space??!
The home is beautiful, but I could not pay that much for a mobile home. I would make a few changes too, bc it does not have enough storage for me, personally. First. I would knock out a small area behind the front door to make a closet in the entryway for coats, etc. I would also bring the bigger set of steps to the front entryway, instead of the smaller set and move the smaller set to where the garage opening to the breezeway is, and change that garage door to a regular door. I would make that front half of the breezeway into a pantry and storage area, because I have canning supplies, and bulk rice, and beans, etc ... I would probably replace the back garage door with a regular door or French doors, just because it would save some money, and have that area as a family room area. I don't need a home that big, since my children are grown, but I do like having a room or two extra for guests or for a craft or exercise room. It is a lovely home 😊
I’m in love with this layout! I just kind of wish it didn’t look like a ‘mobile home’ on the outside but that’s probably something that can be changed with a wraparound deck and an addition with some height idk and for the price you might as well just get a house house $100k or less makes more sense for anything prefab but this still beautiful
Maybe where you live definitely not in Florida, house here are well over 300K and not nearly as big as this house. Houses this size are 400K+ and I'm in more of a rural area that's developing. And not to mention the property tax difference.
@@JeanEDeaux No. Not in the traditional sense. No one will be living in that in 100 years. A real house can stand the test of time it isnt a consumer good.
Love this house. We would have called that room a sun porch. It can be fully enclosed, is connected to the main house, and has direct access to the outdoors. The two garage door openings are an incredible design choice that makes the sun porch take on the feel of a breezeway when both are up.
On your dragonfly deck, those are called retractable awnings. I use make those for a living. Very nice place. Makes you not want to leave home. You do a great job showing all of these homes.
Oh my goodness, this glass door porch would be an amazing seed room for us gardeners. Wood heated to keep them warm and get an early start. I also love that deck!! The rest of the house is great, but wow, never seen anything like it.
I liked this video and subscribed. Two things that I really like about this home was the pass-through window from the kitchen to the indoor/outdoor living section and the dog washing station. Both of those things, in addition to the twist indoor/outdoor section, are things I've never seen in prefab houses. Great video.
Perfect! Everything except put me in a 5 burner gas stove top because I hate hate hate the flat tops, all versions of it!!! Everything else, yes please 🙏!
I love this home. My favorite are the doors that lift up and the back deck. The outside color is beautiful. Thank you for showing these beauties. Love them
Wow, that is some house. I hate the garage doors. I think it would look better with the big folding doors. But it’s still a great room. Love the tub, shower & doggie wash. Oh & yea wood shelving. Where’s the pantry? Awesome house & love that dragonfly deck, really cool. By the way your doing a great job, little man. People love your personality. God bless you & your family.👍
This house is beautiful!! Even though I would change up a few things, I love it. The colors are great and that kitchen is amazing! Love the bedroom too. Thank you for showing this house..
Hi Chance,I really love this home,it is so wide opening. I love the white cabinets and it is so bright.Beautiful outback,I love ,Love, love it. God bless you and your family.
This is not a traditional home but a Great Lake or vacation home. It’s made for outdoors entertainment and fun. So not your main residence. Interesting find Chance! Thank you for showing us something we haven’t seen before.
Oh, now THAT is what I'm tawkin bout!!!!! YES! I love dark colored homes! The only BAD thing about a dark colored home, is your electric bill is going to be CRAAAAZY in the summertime! But this one is GORGEOUS on the outside!!! That internal outdoor area is what they used to build in a lot of old Southern homes back before there was such a thing as air conditioning. One of the names these areas went by is the "rumpus room". This is good for parties, dinners, kids play areas, doing laundry, doing crafts, farmers wives would do their prep work out here for the veggies, fish, and game that the farmers and hunters brought in, so they wouldn't dirty up the house. Geez, this takes me back. Yeah.......I'm THAT old. LOL This sells me on this house, period!!!! I love it! An absolute MUST HAVE for anybody with kids or that loves to have friends and family over all the time!!! Perfect for teens to get together too! Also great for that SPECIAL, one of a kind project, like restoring great grandmas antique armoir, or great grandpas old 46 Chevy coupe!! The marblized tray ceiling in the kitchen is AWESOME! AND NO FLOOR VENTS!!! I think I'm going to pass out!!!! And the Coup De Gras is the master suite out by itself! Also perfect for a "guest house" if you got an extra master bedroom inside the main house. MUST HAVE THIS HOME!!!!
Seeing this house makes me think of all the projects you can create. Since it's a lot of space I would extend the bathroom and put a larger tube or jacuzzi inside with a large bubble walk-in shower.😊
The ravenwood is the most beautiful home I have ever seen I'm actually sick to my stomach looking at my my at least I got one by the grace of I'm looking at that new prefab home oh my God it's the most beautiful woma and it's just totally awesome this is the time I wish I had what I can't believe you even have a safe I wish the person that gets it all the luck in the world God bless you are. Ms. Keys
I love this! I think that having the built in the windows shades in the overhead doors would be amazing! I would have liked a closer look at the kitchen ceiling, and the wood stove. Amazing find, Chance. You have an eagle eye, and a feel for your audience
Absolutely Gorgeous !!!, would have put dark faucets on sinks since door hardware is dark, unless they're just showing different colors available. Master could stand to be a bit larger, as there is only a chest of drawers and 2 night stands, no long dresser. But Love this one.
Love the home but I would put sliding doors and screen doors for the super bowl room and I wonder if you could put an outdoor kitchen on that big beautiful deck
I really love this house. I took a minute and reviewed the video again and took notes, no pantry or a place for a freezer. Not bad, only two things lol❤
Wow 🤩! Just WOW 🤩! I’m with others on it needs a big pantry and maybe a half bath but this is the best 3 bed 2 bath I have ever seen. I love ❤️ that breezeway and the dragonfly deck with retractable overhangs. I even like the colors, surprisingly. Wow 🤩!
So, we've been thinking of moving after our daughter graduates and renovating a home on land or building from the ground up but this is gorgeous!!! I'll just take this and put it on some land. Set for life!
This is a great house. I would make a few changes, but overall a great house!! Great job Chance!! Thank you always for having such awesome content!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
That was a very good looking home. Huge! I could be so comfortable living in it. I live alone and, I would have so much storage space. Thanks for the tour?
Chance u have showed us a lot of beautiful homes but by far hands down this is my forever home if I could afford it absolutely love it love it love it ....thank you thank you ❤❤❤❤
How about a coat closet just inside the front door, a half bath near the deck for all those guests, and a walk-in pantry... perfection!!
My exact thoughts. Love this house - exterior and that bonus room are fantastic, but it's missing a 1/2 bath and a walk in pantry.
Amen! I agree!
Yes I agree with you especially t he e walk in pantry and a coat closet
I not thrilled with the 2nd bathroom, the bathtub surround looked a little cheap compared to the rest of the house . I think the inside porch could have been a little smaller to make room for a pantry
Agreed!
With a house like that you'll need a pantry to supply all the parties you'd be hosting!...Beautiful
There should be a half bath for this space also.
Did he say how much
I love this home 🏡 The color on the exterior is beautiful. I love the room with the garage doors just wow🙌🙌
Very beautiful home indeed!
Very nice.
I’m obsessed with this one. I use a power wheelchair and those garage doors would be an absolute game changer for being able to get in and around the house. Absolutely love it
How weather resistant are those garage doors? Do they leak air in the winter and summer months?
As a disabled veteran I love the open flow.. I can see many gatherings of friends and family.. I love the dog washing area great for my service dog.. only thing missing is a big pantry in the kitchen…

Yes, I noticed the ceiling right away! Beautiful 😊
I noticed it as well! Almost a work of art!
That was amazing....
I have never seen garage size doors in a house. For entertaining a crowd, it is a genius idea. And the large deck is a dream.
I live in a cold winter area . I am concerned about the glass garage doors. Insulated glass?
I've seen garage doors used in shipping container homes.
EXACTLY. Absolute masculine perfection for a man-cave! Love that sh*t.
I am all for a trailer but if you’re going to price them at 300,000 I should just build a traditional house.
Agreed 💯
Exactly. By the time you buy the utility hookups, concrete pad ,if you're not going to have the foundation blocks, transport fees, and permits you might as well get your home built or renovate one.

I love those garage like doors. If you can close the rest of the house off you don’t have to worry about bugs. It’s so unique. I would love to live in a house set up like that.
I also thought about how many bugs you'd have in your house all the time with this house. Definitely has some pros and cons.

The dog wash station 😂🤣
This place is incredible
Chance, I think this home is perfect for a family that entertains a lot. And a laundry room with a sink! This is definitely a great choice!
And room enough for a deep freezer too👍🏽

You missed the toilet closet in the master bedroom. The only reason that I noticed was because I look for toilet closets because that is one of my favorites. You always do a great job! You have such a nice way about you. I love watching these videos. I have never seen one like this before. Amazing!
Just stunning! The indoor porch sold it for me! Love the roll up doors! This is truly a house for people who like to entertain!
I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS HOME!!!! It has EVERYTHING! They have not left out anything! Oh my gosh I want this home!
Im blown away by the price you can get an awfully nice home for 300 k thats actually a real house.
Maybe where you live definitely not in Florida, house here are well over 300K and not nearly as big as this house. Houses this size are 400K+ and I'm in more of a rural area that's developing. And not to mention the property tax difference.
This isn’t a real house? 🤔
@@JeanEDeaux No. Not in the traditional sense. No one will be living in that in 100 years. A real house can stand the test of time it isnt a consumer good.
@@Lori5564 A FLorida house is typically very solid sturdy cinder block home tho, and they dont have state income tax thats why property tax is higher.
Can definitely get a built out for that price
Love this house. We would have called that room a sun porch. It can be fully enclosed, is connected to the main house, and has direct access to the outdoors. The two garage door openings are an incredible design choice that makes the sun porch take on the feel of a breezeway when both are up.

I just love ❤open concept and how it flows from one area to another
On your dragonfly deck, those are called retractable awnings.
I love this so much, calling them on Monday to see if they'll deliver outside their normal area and if the home would be up to code for Wyoming.
I really really love this Chance ❤. Thank you for taking your time to show us this! Appreciate your hard work 💯.
Glad you enjoy it!
BLOWN AWAY! I've been looking
a lot of homes online, THIS ONE makes my heart flutter, lol! Please say they are available in Oklahoma!
Truly appreciate your steady video. Nothing like getting seasick by watching someone's video.
Thank you Chance for sharing this Beautiful Home 🏡 ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉!
No problem 😊
This is my dream home it doesn’t cost to dream of having such a beautiful home love it 💔
Beautiful home, just needs a pantry for me, and some built in refrigerated drawers for that beautiful indoor/outdoor room.
I could imagine myself out on the deck having a coffee.😊
I love this home. My favorite are the doors that lift up and the back deck. The outside color is beautiful. Thank you for showing these beauties.
Love them
Wow, that is some house. I hate the garage doors. I think it would look better with the big folding doors. But it’s still a great room. Love the tub, shower & doggie wash. Oh & yea wood shelving. Where’s the pantry? Awesome house & love that dragonfly deck, really cool. By the way your doing a great job, little man. People love your personality. God bless you & your family.👍
I was thinking I might have missed the pantry part, good to know that it wasn't there instead 😕
I didn’t care for the garage doors, that’s what those two things remind me of. Other than that it’s absolutely beautiful.
Love it!! The out/In door space was just wow!!
I totally agree, thanks for watching!
This house is beautiful!! Even though I would change up a few things, I love it. The colors are great and that kitchen is amazing! Love the bedroom too. Thank you for showing this house..
YOU DID A FANTASTIC JOB CHANCE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! LOVE & PRAYERS TO YOU AND YOUR BEAUTIFUL FAMILY. 😊♥️💜🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Love the overhead doors
This is my dream house ! 🖤🖤🖤
I want this so badly. ❤❤
I was looking for the pantry but it is just gorgeous ❤
Hi Chance,I really love this home,it is so wide opening. I love the white cabinets and it is so bright.Beautiful outback,I love ,Love, love it. God bless you and your family.
This is not a traditional home but a Great Lake or vacation home. It’s made for outdoors entertainment and fun. So not your main residence. Interesting find Chance! Thank you for showing us something we haven’t seen before.
I completely disagree. This is a perfect style of main residence.
For you maybe but clearly not for everyone.
Agreed. Almost no storage throughout the home. Not practical for everyday life.
LOL
This sells me on this house, period!!!!
I actually have a black painted house and our electric bill, even in summer in Texas, is still around $150 for 1800 sq ft. We love it
stop complaining
This is my favorite! ❤ Love, love, love!
Glad you like it!
Ms. Keys
There should be a half bath in that entertainment area
It’s the Super Bowl room for me
Wow! That was truly unique♥
I agree, thank you!
It is definitely...........different
This house is SWEET!! Put it on same land in the middle of the woods and throw open those unique garage doors. Perfection!
Love this home
Its a wonderful home to sit out by a lake.
I really love that extra space off from the kitchen and dining area. That's a very indoor/outdoor kind of feel.
BEST ONE YET! KEEP EM COMING CHANCE!!!!!!❤
Holy smokes Batman!!!! I am enamored with this amazing floor plan!!! The design and decor is impeccable! The attention to detail is superb!!!!❤❤❤
I love this! I think that having the built in the windows shades in the overhead doors would be amazing! I would have liked a closer look at the kitchen ceiling, and the wood stove. Amazing find, Chance. You have an eagle eye, and a feel for your audience
I love it all. Great for entertaining. I especially love the Master bedroom being totally separated from the other bedrooms.
Really like it, set up is nice. Love the deck.
Wow! I love it SO MUCH! I love the colors, the kitchen, everything. It would have been perfect for my family of 6. My husband would have loved it!!
Absolutely Gorgeous !!!, would have put dark faucets on sinks since door hardware is dark, unless they're just showing different colors available. Master could stand to be a bit larger, as there is only a chest of drawers and 2 night stands, no long dresser. But Love this one.
❤ I love this house especially the main bedroom and the bath and shower being separated Omg I wish that I could buy this Ty I'll watch more soon
Love the home but I would put sliding doors and screen doors for the super bowl room and I wonder if you could put an outdoor kitchen on that big beautiful deck
Absolutely my favorite of all the models you've shown! (I say that to a lot of them, but this one makes me wanna see it in person!)
Glad you like it!
I ever win the lottery this would be my next home for sure..B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L Chance!!
Beautiful I can see myself living in this home
I love this home. I love black homes. That deck is everything and the breezeway too!
Wow… love this one.the garage door to the porch!!! Love love love…
That would be perfect..haven't seen a pantry yet!!
Chance you never cease to amaze me, and this one was simply amazing! Thanks. 👍
Thank you. Sometimes one can over gimball. 🥰 Gets us seasick watching these cool homes. Have a great day.
This is the most beautiful one you have covered IMO, the room in the middle sold it for me, also the ceiling in the kitchen. Amazing
This Ravenwood is sooo beautiful. Everytime I like one, you show another that's more awesome! Wouldn't mind having this house. Whoa!! 299k
This is a great house. I would make a few changes, but overall a great house!! Great job Chance!! Thank you always for having such awesome content!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I didn’t see you pantry, I love the house
That was a very good looking home. Huge! I could be so comfortable living in it. I live alone and, I would have so much storage space. Thanks for the tour?
We had our hearts set on the LA Belle but this one is a game changer
Chance u have showed us a lot of beautiful homes but by far hands down this is my forever home if I could afford it absolutely love it love it love it ....thank you thank you ❤❤❤❤
Now that's different. That color looks nice ❤.
