I typically like all the houses because they’re just all very nice for someone but the one thing I don’t really like, and I get it for light, but having a window in the pantry instead of making that more wall space
This might be one my favorites so far this year! That master bedroom closet was incredible! Just switch out to wooden shelves on that closet and the pantry and I am set! Great layout too! That coat closet was unexpected, but awesome! Thanks for sharing with us this fantastic home!

I am surprised at all the traffic noise☹️ I didn’t like the column by the corner cabinet. It looked like you would have to struggle to get in and out of that cabinet. Many too many columns, I felt like it chopped up the rooms. Also, I wouldn’t want the heat and air in the floor.. 😊
Goodness, when will the sliding doors stop? I'd rather have pocket doors than those big bulky sliding doors. And why interrupt counter space with a wall or barrier? And like some others, why all the colums? Looks like an obstacle course. Vents must be in ceiling for me.Love tile shower in Master bath but must have the river rock floor & built in bench. Need a nice tub, too, but not a free standing one. Floor plan is nice. Colors are beautiful, just some odd things to me as mentioned. Lovex you tour, though, Chance. You always are entertaining & informative. Appreciate it When are you going to do some more Franklin & Deer Valley Homes????
This was much better than the one I last saw. Large walk in pantry. Laundry room was better but still small and still needs a folding area but it did have a sink. Master bedroom was nice but the shower could be bigger,needs a rain shower head and a place to sit down. Master closet was very nice.
Only one problem with the closet in the Master. The humidity affects the clothing. Had one like it when I lived in Florida. Clothing started getting a musty smell.
Lots to love in this one wow! That pantry, that walk in mudroom entry closet amazing! The master closet loved it... I wish it had acces to the laundry that would be the best! My only thing is the floor tile on the shower walls! The tile is pretty but it's not finished on the edges. My only complaint. Beautiful home.
Beautiful dark blue sofas; beautiful cabinets; really like the flooring; even has vents in the floor----yay!. Nothing wrong with this house! Great tour, chance. Glad you're keeping hydrated! God bless you and your family!
Very nice. I liked a lot of the features in this home. If I had to change anything, it would be the placement of the fridge and microwave. I feel it would not make an easy work space for the cook
I love love love the pantry and the master closet but I agree with the one comment someone made to have to have doors of some kind for the master closet as moisture will ruin some clothing garments. Even a pocket door maybe or a sliding barn door or even folding doors would cut down on some of the moisture and smells from the toilet room. We all know how clothing holds smells and there are just some smells you don’t want your clothes to hold. Lol
I don't like the builder. he doesn't consider putting the living further away from the kitchen. I wouldn't want my expensive couch smelling like grease. Lawd, the stains from grease in the kitchen area are the worse, and it's wipeable .
Absolutely fantastic Dressing Room. Perfect fo me. I think all my dresses would fit in this one. Great idea with the cupboards incorporated also. Very nice home. Thoughtful design
I think the closet in the master bedroom is cool but my kids would be in my shower when I would need something from my closet! Especially that size closet I would have all my shoes in there!
Very good layout. The house looks very spacious. Minus - the design needs to be replaced, it's all outdated. Another minus - there is no door to the master's dressing room. The humidity in the bathroom can cause mold and can ruin clothes.

This is a beautiful house. The price is amazing!! My only concern is the pillar in the kitchen by the corner cabinet. It's awkward placement and makes it difficult to open the cabinet. I need the mud room and pantry in my life.
It's really nice but I hate barn doors and they went a little crazy with the columns. Also the heating vents in the secondary bedroom would be under the head of the bed. Love the mudroom but the microwave was in an awkward place and I wouldn't want my master closet to be in the bathroom with all that moisture from the shower. It's an odd house but if someone gave it to me I'd be thrilled. lol.

The toilet needs to be closed off from the closet. You know how smells linger in the air. That means they go into your clothes that's hanging in there. Its a nice idea but it needs to be closed off or at least the one side of it where the toilet is or close it off

Layout is awesome. I wonder if you could customize it to the point closing it off between the living room and dining room. Having lived in an open floor plan for 25 years we are ready for a more separated space
Hoo boy, it's hot here in Georgia too! Gallon of water isn't a bad idea. Chance, this house! Turn that ridiculous master closet into a nursery and you've got me hook, line, and sinker. It has a home office AND a walk in pantry, c'mon. AND a giant coat closet? This one's got it all. Love, love it.
I have mixed feelings about this house. There are certain aspects I like; the entry way with floating cabinet, coat closet, office, the color scheme. I don’t understand the furniture placement in living room in relationship to the tv. The two sofas are not are not facing the tv but two uncomfortable looking accent chairs are. The dining table looks crowed in its space. I’m not a fan of the wall diving the countertop between the stove and sink. It’s eating up to much space and would have to maneuver around if cooking at stove. Now for the master closet. I’m not a fan of it being an open space in the bathroom with moisture. In time I’d say with the steam of the shower, things would begin to mold.i do like the size of the space but not in my bathroom. Just my opinion.
Yesss !!! I'm glad I'm not the only one who is concerned about the moisture with the clothes in a master bath ?! Clothes , purses , hats... Maybe blocked off with some doors??

Chance something came apon my heart while watching tonight and you mentioning the traveling you will be doing. If God puts something in my head to say to you, I think I should and I know you understand this. I want to encourage you to be sure that you are making time for just you and Kaitlyn with all these travels of yours. You probably get tired with all the traveling, but she is dealing with two active boys and gets tired as well, so you need to have a 'date night' with her alone and also family time with the boys. But to keep your family strong in the Lord and each other, you have to be sure to take time for her so she knows just how much you love her. Perhaps you are already, but just a reminder from an old woman that knows what it is like to have a husband who didn't take time for her. Love you and your family. 💕
Paint it black and board up the windows - paint some horror images on it had some faux design around it - blamo from the outside it will look just an old school walk through haunted house attraction seen at fairs many years ago.

The living room and dining room is to close. The way it is staged makes it look smaller and cluttered. Needs maybe even a half wall between the two.
