    Loved this video!!!Am unable to stand for any length of time and I love your seated exercised videos. I am 76 and need to workout 3 days a week and also do strength training 2 days a week. Retired R.N. living in Florida and I am a new subscriber. Thank you so much. Looking forward to any seated videos that are 20-30 minutes. Have a great day!
