What I love about these videos, no annoying music, no fancy gear, just normal seniors of mixed ability doing uncomplicated exercises.

@@elderfitTV I am indeed, haven't done exercises for several years, apart from daily walks, now fast approaching eighty need to get those joints moving. Used to do a lot of yoga...not really practical to do that in a chair though. Tried a few other exercise for seniors but too slick and totally not relatable...you two on the other hand are just brilliant...thank you so much.
Am even doing bed exercise before bed....
